O Ricardo fez a visita, e não só resolveu o problema, mas identificou outros nas outras persianas e proativamente consertou tudo antes que dessem problemas. Se tivéssemos mais profissionais com esse tipo de iniciativa no Brasil, estaríamos em uma situação diferente!

Ricardo made the visit, and not only solved the problem, but identified others on the other blinds and proactively fixed everything before there were problems. Apesar da restrição de horário do nosso condomínio e proximidade do feriadão recém decretado, conseguiu achar um horário para me atender. Foi totalmente empática ao meu problema. O técnico Maxwell, muito atencioso, profissional e rápido. Valeu a pena ter feito o serviço com vcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou procurar outra empresa. Tentei contato pela manhã de hoje para pedir o orçamento de algumas persianas, a atendente disse que o "representante" já iria retornar.
Pois bem, não retornou.
Ligo novamente e atendente se limita em dizer que vai pedir pra entrarem em contato novamente.
Resolvo pesquisar sobre a empresa, no Instagram os comentários estão bloqueados, inúmeras reclamações no site reclameaqui. Não há como confiar.
OBS: Vejo tanta propaganda da empresa na televisão que não entendo pq investem tanto em propaganda e não em atendimento, mas enfim, a empresa não é minha. Boa sorte.
OBS²: Acabaram de me chamar aqui no Whatsapp, porém, prefiro procurar outra empresa

NOTE: I see so much advertising for the company on television that I don't understand why they invest so much in advertising and not in customer service, but anyway, the company is not mine. Good luck.
NOTE²: They just called me here on Whatsapp, however, I prefer to look for another company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de um ano e dentro do prazo de garantia, algumas persianas desfiaram um pouco na lateral, entrei com contato via whatzapp e fui muito bem atendida com rapidez e eficiência. No dia e horário agendados o técnico Eric compareceu ao local devidamente paramentado ( máscara e propé), levou as persianas com problemas e as trouxe após alguns dias. Ele foi muito eficiente e simpático. Com certeza depois que acabar a garantia continuarei a utilizar os serviços da empresa devido a sua rapidez e eficiência. E com certeza indicarei aos meus amigos.
