★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja do mundo, não ganha nota 0, porque o Google tem a partir de 1 estrela, loja não cumpre prazo de entrega, quando entrega, entrega produto em mal estado e depois se negam a devolver o dinheiro, FUJAM dessa encrenca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei um guarda-roupa nessa loja e por incrível que pareça a vendedora me ligou uma semana depois dizendo que não tinha colocado as portas no pedido (oi? Como não colocam as portas?) enfim, anexou as portas no pedido e junto com elas veio um valor a mais, paguei. No dia da compra eu disse e repeti que queria as duas portas com espelho INTERISSO, deveria ter gravado, LEVEM GRAVADOR! Pois bem, passaram 3 MESES DE ESPERA e o guarda-roupa chegou com apenas UMA PORTA COM ESPELHO e ainda por cima o espelho é dividido ao meio. Fui na loja reclamar e a vendedora disse que tinha me avisado sobre os mesmos. O que eu aconselho é que se você quiser jogar dinheiro fora vai nessa loja! Se quiser passar estresse e ser tirada como louca vai no endereço e pague 3.000 no guarda-roupa que não saiu como você queria. Péssimo, odiei.
I bought a wardrobe at this store and, oddly enough, the saleswoman called me a week later saying she hadn't put the doors on the order (hello? How can they not put the doors?) Anyway, attached the doors on the order and together with them an extra amount came, I paid. On the day of the purchase I said and repeated that I wanted the two doors with mirror INTERISSO, I should have recorded, TAKE RECORDER! Well, 3 MONTHS OF WAITING passed and the wardrobe arrived with only ONE DOOR WITH MIRROR and on top of that the mirror is divided in half. I went to the store to complain and the saleswoman said she had warned me about them. What I advise is that if you want to throw money away go to that store! If you want to pass stress and be taken like crazy go to the address and pay 3,000 in the wardrobe that did not come out as you wanted. Terrible, I hated it.

Não chegou a mesa com a mesma qualidade, totalmente arranhada e cadeiras quebradas, devolvo o produto na mesma hora e solicitei o cancelamentos e devolução do meu valor, não querem devolver r me obrigar a pegar outro produto da loja.. péssimo atendimento e pior SAC que já vi..

NÃO RECOMENDO COMPRAR NESSA LOJA! NEM PAGANDO A VISTA IRÁ RESOLVER, EVITE DOR SE CABECA. ENTRE NO RECLAME AQUI E VERAS MAIS RECLAMAÇÕES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa já vai fazer dois meses e nada de entregar. Meu Deus e olha que a mesa não foi barato, mas independente do valor, tem que ter mais respeito com as pessoas. Engraçado que não hora é vender, prometem tudo, até uma antecipação de entrega, mas depois que a venda foi feita e que a comissão entrou no bolso, meu amigo, senta e chora, pois a espera vai ser grande. DECEPCIONADA essa é a palavra.

Embora , o responsável da loja disse que não tem frete grátis, que a vendedora se falou se enganou, que teria que pagar 200 reais a entrega, e que aquele modelo de mesa já tinha esgotado, ia demorar 30
Dias para chegar. Loja fica no bairro onde moro, mas não entro mais, Ainda bem que entrei aqui e vi o tanto de reclamação e graças a Deus não comprei, foi livramento !
