★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da loja aparentar ter móveis de qualidade e de madeira maciça, o vendedor tenta persuadir vc a ver o mesmo produto que vc tem igual ao dele que é caro, é de material inferior, porque o preço é mais barato. Ficam te forçando a comprar. Fui decidida a comprar e desisti pela postura do vendedor e uma outra moça da loja que deveria ser gerente! Não recomrndo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de qualidade muito ruim !!!! Em uma semana do sofá em casa , o sofá já estava cheio de furos . Sim , minha cachorra sobe no sofá , mas quem tem animais sabe que isso não deveria acontecer . Tenho uma poltrona que minha cachorra sobe frequentemente e não tem sequer um furo . Já contatei a loja e Sac mas disseram que não podem fazer nada. Entrarei com o procon !! Não comprem !!!! Pos venda péssimo .
Very bad quality products !!!! Within a week of the sofa at home, the sofa was already full of holes. Yes, my dog gets on the couch, but anyone who has animals knows that this shouldn't happen. I have an armchair that my dog climbs on frequently and doesn't even have a hole. I have already contacted the store and Sac but said they cannot do anything. I will enter with the procon !! Don't buy !!!! Lousy after sale.

Comprei um móvel no dia 27/07/2018. Prometeram entregar em até 30 dias úteis. O prazo expirou, nenhuma satisfação foi dada. Solicitei o cancelamento do contrato. Enrolam para fazer o estorno do valor.
Evitem essa loja!

I bought a piece of furniture on 07/27/2018. They promised to deliver within 30 working days. The deadline has expired, no satisfaction has been given. I requested cancellation of the contract. They roll up to reverse the value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja que eu já conheci..compramos duas cômoda em Fevereiro entregaram dia 20 de abril uma veio certo e a outra ainda veio errado..liguei lá e não tem nem previsão de entregar a outra é um absurdo ?
Worst store I have ever visited. We bought two dressers in February and they delivered on April 20, one came right and the other still came wrong ... I called there and has no forecast of delivering the other is absurd ?

Ja sou cliente desta loja ha uns 15 anos, mobiliei 4 casas com os moveis de qualidade e beleza e nao queria deixar de ser cliente, e fui preservada e continuarei comprando e indicando. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei por 2 vezes nessa loja. Na primeira minha experiência foi excelente em tudo, atendimento, prazo de entrega, qualidade do produto. Já na segunda vez houve um problema com a questão das informações sobre montagem e instalação, mas fui surpreendida positivamente com a agilidade e prontidão com que resolveram toda a situação. Me senti respeitada como cliente e certamente voltarei a comprar na loja.
I already bought 2 times in this store. At first my experience was excellent in everything, service, delivery time, product quality. The second time there was a problem with the issue of information about assembly and installation, but I was positively surprised by the speed and promptness with which they solved the whole situation. I felt respected as a customer and I will certainly go back to shopping at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 19/08/2020 minha mãe realizou a compra de uma mesa com prazo de entrega de 35 dias úteis, e recebemos agora com 57 dias úteis. Durante esse período foram duas reclamações direto na loja, de 5 a 6 ligações para o SAC com a mesma resposta que a mercadoria estava em trânsito da loja para centro de distribuição, o que pra mim foi falta de transparência sobre o que realmente estava acontecendo sobre o atraso. Como ponto positivo fica qualidade do produto e educação do pessoal da entrega, porém, considero que pecaram pela falta de comprometimento com o cliente.
On 08/19/2020 my mother purchased a table with a delivery time of 35 working days, and we now receive it with 57 working days. During this period there were two complaints directly at the store, from 5 to 6 calls to the SAC with the same response that the goods were in transit from the store to the distribution center, which for me was a lack of transparency about what was really happening about the delay. As a positive point is the quality of the product and the education of the delivery personnel, however, I consider that they have sinned by the lack of commitment to the customer.
