O foodtruck tem uma aparência muito bacana e convidativa, os funcionários educados organizados e ambiente limpo, mas o principal pecou feio. Faço uma crítica construtiva, para melhorar a qualidade do produto. Faltou um tempero na carne, ou mudar a qualidade, assim como no pão. O hambúrguer não tinha gosto, a maionese estava no ponto certo, o molho especial não se adequa ao paladar do lanche. A batata estava frita em óleo saturado. Não me leve a mal, mas para a melhorar precisar de acertar detalhes muito importantes. A calabresa também de baixa qualidade, para lanches a ideal é seara, Perdigão ou sadia. Outras além dessas deixa o lanche com excesso de sal e enjoativo.
Horrible snack, tasteless picanha meat, bad bread. The foodtruck has a very nice and inviting appearance, the polite staff are organized and the environment is clean, but the main thing is wrong. I offer constructive criticism to improve the quality of the product. There was a lack of seasoning in the meat, or changing the quality, as well as in the bread. The hamburger had no taste, the mayonnaise was just right, the special sauce didn't suit the taste of the snack. The potato was fried in saturated oil. Don't get me wrong, but to improve it you need to get some very important details right. The pepperoni is also of low quality, for snacks the ideal is seara, Perdigão or healthy. Other than these, it leaves the snack with excess salt and cloying.
