The staff is a 10, very attentive and helpful. Studio is well located and easy to find, the building is a little old, but it is part of the charm of Recife Antigo.

Simplesmente, faltando 900 reais para terminar de pagar um contrato de mais de 3.000 reais, no dia das fotos (um mês antes do prazo de término das parcelas) me impediram de tirar as fotos, a não ser que eu pagasse ali imediatamente na hora. Sem considerar uma situação de pandemia, que ainda por cima o evento do baile teve um atraso de mais de 01 ano. Totalmente desumano, me humilharam na frente de colegas que estavam no dia. Perdi todo o meu dinheiro, não fiz fotos, não fiz baile e ainda fui humilhada.
I hired Versatto with my class that would graduate in 2020.2. Simply, missing 900 reais to finish paying a contract of more than 3,000 reais, on the day of the photos (one month before the deadline for the installments) they prevented me from taking the photos, unless I paid there immediately. Without considering a pandemic situation, which on top of that the dance event was delayed by more than 01 year. Totally inhumane, they humiliated me in front of colleagues who were in the day. I lost all my money, I didn't take pictures, I didn't have a dance and I was still humiliated.
