★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está enpresa me liga todo dia a mais de um ano atrás de uma pessoa que eu não conheço recentemente fiz uma reclamação sobre o banco olé no reclame aqui ficou uns 15 dias sem me ligar depois disso passaram a ligar e desliga na minha cara se eu não falar nada eles ficam na linha até eu desligar se eu fala desligam na hora gostaria que vcs forem procura a pessoa que deve pra vcs e parasem de me perturbar que isso é muito chato queria dar 0 estrela mais tem que marca uma obs já liguei anteriormente pra avisar que eu não sou quem procuram mas não adiantou nada eles não estão nem aí pra ninguém eles gostam e de perturbar mesmo
This company calls me every day more than a year ago from a person I don't know recently I made a complaint about the olé bank in the complaint here it was about 15 days without calling me after that they started calling and hang up on me if I don't say nothing they stay on the line until i hang up if i speak hang up at the time i would like you guys to look for the person you owe to you and stop disturbing me this is very annoying i wanted to give 0 stars more have to mark an obs i already called before warn that I am not the one they are looking for but it didn’t help, they don’t care about anyone they like and really upset

This company charges me improperly since it discounts abusive interest in payroll saying that it will be for the rest of my life. And send me billing threat emails. And keep me waiting on Whatsapp. I have everything on record. Just justice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um acordo com a Vértice e estou pagando religiosamente em dia. No entanto, a Vértice não tem o mínimo de controle dos recebíveis e não dá baixa nos boletos pagos. Ligam me ameaçando quebra de acordo, sendo que as parcelas estão em dia.
Outra coisa: Estou pagando as parcelas, mais o desconto em folha de pagamento, fazendo assim que tenha duplicidade e eu pague duas vezes. Não indico a Vércite e a "Olé Consignado" para.ninguém. É certeza de dor de cabeça por muito tempo.
I closed a deal with Vertex and I am paying religiously on time. However, Vértice does not have any control over receivables and does not write off paid slips. They call me threatening to break the agreement, and the installments are up to date.
Another thing: I'm paying the installments, plus the payroll deduction, so I have duplicity and I pay twice. I don't recommend Vercite and the "Olé Consignado" to.anyone. It sure is headache for a long time.

I've never seen a company with such bad management as this one, they call me 10xx a day charging me for something I don't owe, they have absolutely no control over anything! A shame
