Realizei o pedido e o atendente falou que chegaria até as 13h.
Saí mais cedo do trabalho para receber e às 13h o pedido não tinha nem saído.
O atendente falou que estaria saindo às 13h10, porém fiquei esperando quase uma hora e meu pedido não chegou.
OS CONGELADOS NÃO CHEGARAM, O ENTREGADOR FICOU MENTINDO INVENTANDO QUE ESTAVA NA MINHA PORTA E NÃO CHEGOU.
Resultado: os congelados só chegaram com duas horas de atraso, tive que sair para comer em um restaurante e estragaram minha tarde. Recusei a receber.
Não recomendo para ninguém!
Terrible experience. Do not ask. It spoiled my lunch.
I placed the order and the clerk said it would arrive by 13h.
I left work early to receive and at 13h the order had not even left.
The clerk said he would be leaving at 1:10 pm, but I waited almost an hour and my order did not arrive.
THE FREEZES DIDN'T ARRIVE, THE DELIVER WAS LYING TO INVENT THAT HE WAS IN MY DOOR AND DIDN'T ARRIVE.
Result: The frozen ones arrived only two hours late, I had to go out to eat in a restaurant and spoiled my afternoon. I refused to receive.
Not recommend to anyone!
