A clínica veterinária Vet Câncer foi fundada em 2011 para cuidar de pacientes com câncer a partir de tratamentos mais eficientes da medicina veterinária. A sociedade dos veterinários Krisna Oliveira e Marcelo Rangel deu início a uma missão de atender o paciente com o objetivo de aumentar as chances de vida. Inclusive, profissionais veterinários encontram cursos e mentorias sobre alguns tratamentos contra diversos tumores.
A clínica funciona 24 horas para qualquer emergência na Alameda Jauaperi, 732 – Indianópolis, São Paulo – SP, 04523-013. As consultas são com hora marcada de segunda a sexta, das 9h às 18h e sábado, das 9h às 16h. O atendimento é sempre em equipe e multidisciplinar para cães, gatos e animais silvestres.

Além de falhos, após o óbito da minha filha de quatro patas, tive que aguentar o "Dr." Marcelo GRITAR comigo em meu momento de luto, por se sentir "ofendido" porque eu dizer que haviam falhado no tratamento da minha cachorra, que a levou à óbito pós uma quimioterapia que foi aplicada mesmo sabendo que ela tinha suspeita de pneumonia! No dia de sua morte, enquanto minha mãe e meu irmão choravam sobre seu corpo, a enfermeira estava com a maquininha junto ao corpo de nossa cachorrinha para efetuarem o pagamento da conta da internação. ZERO TATO, ZERO CUIDADO, ZERO COMPAIXÃO COM OS TUTORES.

In addition to failing, after the death of my four-legged daughter, I had to put up with "Dr." Marcelo YELLING at me in my time of mourning, for feeling "offended" because I say that they had failed to treat my dog, which led to her death after chemotherapy that was applied even though she was suspected of having pneumonia! On the day of her death, while my mother and brother were crying over her body, the nurse had the machine next to our dog's body to pay the hospital bill. ZERO TOUCH, ZERO CARE, ZERO COMPASSION WITH TUTORS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha estava apresentando um comportamento estranho e a levei a diversos veterinários, até que uma veterinária descobriu o que estava acontecendo. Ela estava com um tumor que escondeu de mim. Essa veterinária me indicou essa clinica para tratamento do tumor. Em primeira consulta, achei ótimo. Me pediram diversos exames, um deles, uma tomografia. Quando saiu i resultado da tomografia, eu soube que não havia mais o que fazer, infelizmente. Minha pequena estava infestada de tumores, metastases para todos os lados, com desconfiança que já havia atingido até mesmo o cérebro, além de um infarto renal, uma pneumotórax, uma trombose e duas insuficiências cardíacas. Retornei na Vet Câncer, na certeza de que eles diriam que infelizmente, não havia mais nada que pudesse ser feito, porém, para minha surpresa, a junta de veterinários pouco se importou com TUDO que estava no exame. Quando questionei a pneumotórax, ouvi do dr Marcelo o seguinte: "Não pedimos tomografia do tórax". Oi? Como assim? Veio de brinde no exame, mas pq não foi pedido será ignorado? É isso mesmo produção?
Questionei o infarto renal umas 3 vezes, mas foi desconversado e não respondido.
Quando fui a primeira vez, falei da minha situação financeira e eles me disseram que fariam a cirurgia mais em conta, porém a internação custaria 750,00 a diária mais medicamentos e qq outra coisa que precisasse. Ou seja, se ela precisasse ficar internada 5 dias, por exemplo, seriam mais 3750,00 além do valor da cirurgia... quer dizer que ganhariam na internação...
Voltando à cronologia, eles insistiram na cirurgia, pouco se importando com os demais tumores e metastases.... uma cirurgia que, além de não resolver a situação da minha pequena, ainda infligiria mais sofrimento a ela (ah sim, se ela sobrevivesse à cirurgia). O que importava era a grana e/ou o estudo clínico, não o bem estar da pequena ou meu...
Enfim, se puderem optar por outra clinica, ou pedir outras opiniões, como eu fiz, é o ideal para seu filho de 4 patas.
Concluindo, não fiz a cirurgia, graças a Deus! Minha filha agora descansa em paz e fiquei ao seu lado até o ultimo suspiro, que ocorreu exatamente no dia que estava prevista a tal cirurgia, que se eu tivesse cometido a insanidade de fazer, ela teria partido sem que eu estivesse ao seu lado.
My daughter was exhibiting strange behavior and I took her to several vets, until a vet found out what was going on. She had a tumor that she hid from me. This veterinarian referred me to this clinic for the treatment of the tumor. In the first consultation, I thought it was great. They asked me for several tests, one of them, a tomography. When the CT scan came out, I knew there was nothing else to do, unfortunately. My little one was infested with tumors, metastases everywhere, with suspicion that it had even reached the brain, as well as a kidney infarction, a pneumothorax, a thrombosis and two heart failures. I returned to Vet Cancer, sure that they would say that unfortunately, there was nothing more that could be done, however, to my surprise, the board of veterinarians cared little for EVERYTHING that was in the exam. When I questioned the pneumothorax, I heard from Dr Marcelo the following: "We don't ask for a chest tomography". Hi? Like this? It came as a gift in the exam, but why was it not asked will it be ignored? Is this really production?
I questioned the kidney infarction about 3 times, but it was discussed and not answered.
When I went for the first time, I talked about my financial situation and they told me that they would make the surgery more affordable, but hospitalization would cost 750.00 a day, plus medication and whatever else I needed. That is, if she needed to stay in hospital for 5 days, for example, it would be another 3750.00 in addition to the cost of the surgery... that is to say, they would earn in hospital...
Going back to the chronology, they insisted on the surgery, not caring about the other tumors and metastases.... a surgery that, in addition to not solving my little one's situation, would inflict even more suffering on her (oh yes, if she survived the surgery). What mattered was the money and/or the clinical study, not the well-being of the little one or mine...
Anyway, if you can choose another clinic, or ask for other opinions, as I did, it is ideal for your 4-legged child.
In conclusion, I didn't have the surgery, thank God! My daughter now rests in peace and I stayed by her side until my last breath, which occurred exactly on the day that such surgery was scheduled, that if I had committed the insanity of doing it, she would have left without my being at her side.

Pessoas que trabalham são super competente. Da para ver que todos fazem por amor os animais. Com muita competência e carinho como fosse deles os animais que chegam.
Poucos lugares que seu bichinho será atendido com vários veterinários ao mesmo tempo. Vocês não vão se arrepender eu garanto. Mesmo seu animalzinho não conseguir se curar você vai ficar tranquilo porque ele teve o melhor atendimento que ele merece.

Few places your pet will be cared for with multiple vets at the same time. You will not regret it I guarantee. Even if your pet cannot heal you will be at peace because he has the best care he deserves.

The Vetcancer team is wonderful !!! received our puppy Shalon at a very difficult time. Everyone was very attentive, caring and really explained what our puppy had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Levei o meu Pug, Barney, no dia 14/02/2022, para fazer acompanhamento pós tratamento de mastocitoma realizado com maestria na cidade em que eu morava. Surgiu uma verruguinha no rosto dele, então levei antes dos 4 meses sugeridos pelo médico dele para avaliação. Chegando na vetcancer, fomos atendidos pelo Felipe, que não sei se é mesmo médico, e pela Dra. Sheila. Após algum tempo de conversa foram avaliar o Barney. O Felipe afirmou que tinha um nódulo na barriga do Barney. A Sheila avaliou também e disse que de fato, estava diferente o achado na pele e poderia ser algo. Ambos sugeriram que fosse feita a citologia, que custava 200 reais. Chamaram a pessoa do laboratório de patologia que olhou para o local e disse que parecia só o umbigo do Barney. Eu disse que acreditava ter sempre estado ali o suposto nódulo, mas ambos, Felipe e Sheila, sustentaram a necessidade de fazer a citologia. Em 15 minutos retorna a mulher da patologia confirmando que era só o umbigo dele. Em resumo, me cobraram 200 reais pra dizer que o umbigo do meu cachorro é o umbigo dele. Saí de lá ainda processando o ocorrido, não fiz confusão, paguei a bela citologia, que se tivessem bom senso, pra não dizer outra coisa, não teriam cobrado. Não há justificativa para o ocorrido. Lendo melhor as avaliações negativas percebi que não foi um caso isolado. Não retorno, não recomendo, procurarei outra clínica que possa dar um tratamento adequado ao meu Barney. Sequer irei pro retorno. A credibilidade dos profissionais dali pra mim depois disso é zero.
Bad experience. I took my Pug, Barney, on 02/14/2022, to follow up after mast cell tumor treatment performed with mastery in the city where I lived. A wart appeared on his face, so I took it before the 4 months suggested by his doctor for evaluation. Arriving at vetcancer, we were attended by Felipe, who I don't know if he is really a doctor, and by Dr. Sheila. After some time of talking, they went to assess Barney. Felipe said he had a lump in Barney's belly. Sheila also evaluated and said that in fact, the finding on the skin was different and it could be something. Both suggested that cytology be done, which cost 200 reais. They called the person from the pathology lab who looked at the scene and said it looked just like Barney's belly button. I said that I believed that the supposed nodule had always been there, but both Felipe and Sheila maintained the need to do the cytology. In 15 minutes the woman from the pathology returns confirming that it was just his navel. In short, they charged me 200 reais to say that my dog's belly button is his belly button. I left there still processing what had happened, I didn't make a mistake, I paid for the beautiful cytology, which if they had common sense, to say nothing else, they wouldn't have charged. There is no justification for what happened. Reading the negative reviews better, I realized that it was not an isolated case. I will not return, I do not recommend, I will look for another clinic that can give my Barney an adequate treatment. I won't even go back. The credibility of the professionals there for me after that is zero.
