★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consulta foi satisfatória, o profissional em primeiro momento foi atencioso, porém o atendimento após a consulta deixou muito a desejar.. foram feitos vários exames sem uma resposta conclusiva.. não nos foi informado se teríamos direito ao retorno.. ao perguntar pelo wpp novamente não houve presteza na remarcação da consulta, apenas uma resposta fria e evasiva.. esperávamos mais atenção com nosso caso.. estamos sofrendo e buscando um veterinário que esteja empenhado em dispensar maior atenção ao caso, e que seja menos preocupado com a avaliação nas redes sociais e mais preocupado em dar um feedback conclusivo aos seus clientes.
The consultation was satisfactory, the professional was attentive at first, but the service after the consultation left a lot to be desired... several tests were performed without a conclusive answer... we were not informed if we would have the right to return... when asking for wpp again there was no promptness in rescheduling the appointment, just a cold and evasive response... we expected more attention with our case... we are suffering and are looking for a veterinarian who is committed to paying more attention to the case, and who is less concerned with the evaluation in social networks and more concerned with giving conclusive feedback to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento, super recomendo meu cachorro chegou lá achei q ele nem voltaria mais para casa, mais eles são tão eficientes e tão cuidadosos que fez o melhor pra que meu cachorro recuperasse, daria mais q 5 estrela.
I loved the service, I highly recommend my dog when he arrived there I thought he would not even come home anymore, but they are so efficient and so careful that they did their best to make my dog recover, I would give it more than 5 stars.
