Agradeço demais a Veterinária Nayane, muito atenciosa , explicou tudo que estava acontecendo com minha cachorrinha e inclusive muito amorosa tanto com os pets, quanto com os donos ! Fui muito bem atendida da recepção, ao banho ! As recepcionistas sempre passando os boletins através de ligação , sempre atendendo muito bem ! Levaria minhas pets novamente e indico pra qualquer pessoa. O Valor é acessível, não é nada absurdo, dá consulta , a exames , a medicação!
Amei a Clinica e com certeza já virei cliente ! Mais uma vez , muito Obrigada por todo cuidado com a minha Pretinha e não esquecendo também de agradecer a veterinaria Waleska Aguiar, que foi quem liberou minha Pretinha ! Gratidão a todos ❤
 I just have to thank you for having SAVED my little dog! I am very grateful to Veterinary Nayane, very attentive, explained everything that was happening with my little dog and even very loving both with the pets and with the owners! I was very well attended from the reception, to the bath! The receptionists always passing the bulletins through the phone, always attending very well! I would take my pets again and recommend it to anyone. The value is affordable, it's nothing absurd, it gives consultations, exams, medication!
I loved the Clinic and for sure I have already become a client! Once again, Thank you very much for taking care of my Pretinha and also not forgetting to thank the veterinarian Waleska Aguiar, who was the one who released my Pretinha! Gratitude to all ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A começar pelo atendimento profissionais completamente despreparados e inesperientes para a função. Levei minha cachorrinha para fazer consulta , disseram que seria necessário interna-la após 2 dias fui visitá-la e percebi uma piora , estava completamente prostrada. A veterinária disse que a situação era muito grave, mas não sabia dizer o diagnóstico dela. Não me deram nenhuma esperança refente a ela. A cachorro ficou internada 3 dias e não souberam diagnóstica o que ela tinha, suspeitava- se que era doença de carrapato. Porém o exame feito por eles não constou exatamente nada. Não indico pra ninguém. E acho que o tempo que elas gastam ligando o dia todo pra fala do animal poderia ser dedicado a cuidar dos animais de verdade, pq não foi feito isso. . Decidir tirar ela de lá sem a autorização deles e transferir para outra clínica veterinária onde ela recebeu os cuidados necessários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu super indico a clinica terra dos bichos, pois meu cachorro Bolinha que sofre de problema renal crônico teve de ser internado em janeiro no dia 13/01/2022, pelo fato da doença dele ter agravado muito, dele chegar em um estagio de não querer se alimentar e nem beber água, não queria mais brincar só ficava prostrado no cantinho dele, começo a dar vomito e diarreia e com isso teve uma perda de peso muito grande, ele pesava 8kg e começou a pesar 4kg, então quando percebi que ele estava realmente muito ruim, fui direto para a clinica onde fui muito bem atendida pela Dra. que estava de plantão na hora e ela soube nos ajudar muito bem e ela que inicio a internação do Bolinha e fez todos os exames necessários, ele ficou internado do dia 13/01 ate o dia 20/01, e nesse tempo de internação ele foi muito bem monitorado pela Dra. Mariana e todos os outros profissionais que ajudaram na recuperação do Bolinha, tenho muito a agradecer toda a equipe, eu ligava e fazia visita todos os dias e sempre tive um retorno muito bom, ele recebeu todo o tratamento necessário e obtivemos um resultado de recuperação muito bom, nesse meio tempo que ele saiu da internação ele conseguiu ganhar peso novamente, até hoje tenho todo o apoio necessário que preciso.
E também já levei ele lá por outros motivos e o atendiment e tratamento sempre foram excelentes.
Parabéns clinica terra dos bichos e em especial a Dra. Mariana que vem acompanhado o caso do Bolinha.
I highly recommend the clinic terra dos bichos, because my dog Bolinha, who suffers from chronic kidney disease, had to be hospitalized in January on 01/13/2022, because his disease has worsened a lot, he has reached a stage of not wanting to eat or drink water, I didn't want to play anymore, I just lay in his corner, I started to vomit and diarrhea and with that he had a very big weight loss, he weighed 8 kg and started to weigh 4 kg, so when I realized he was really very bad, I went straight to the clinic where I was very well attended by Dr. who was on duty at the time and she knew how to help us very well and she who started Bolinha's hospitalization and did all the necessary tests, he was hospitalized from 01/13 to 01/20, and during that time of hospitalization he was very well monitored by Dr. Mariana and all the other professionals who helped in the recovery of Bolinha, I have a lot to thank the whole team, I called and visited every day and I always had a very good response, he received all the necessary treatment and we obtained a very good recovery result. well, in the meantime he left the hospital he managed to gain weight again, until today I have all the necessary support I need.
And I've also taken him there for other reasons and the service and treatment have always been excellent.
