I like the place, but as they are good, the clientele has increased and is losing personality with the animals and owners. Normal, but I think the affection was different before, but they are super professional and serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente o atendimento telefônico deixa muito a desejar. Já liguei diversas vezes pra desmarcar uma consulta e ninguém atende. Cai na mensagem eletrônica e depois de 1 min 30 seg a ligação é desligada automaticamente. Tive a mesma dificuldade para agendar a consulta. Quando atenderam considerei um milagre. Sugestão: contratarem mais atendentes ou verificar o que está acontecendo!
Lately the phone service leaves a lot to be desired. I have called several times to cancel an appointment and no one answers. It falls into the electronic message and after 1 min 30 sec the call is automatically disconnected. I had the same difficulty scheduling the appointment. When they answered I considered it a miracle. Suggestion: hire more attendants or check what's going on!
