O valor dos serviços cobrados foi mais de três vezes o valor que eu já havia pago para o mesmo tratamento em outro local e além disso minha cachorra recebeu uma injeção (desnecessária, pois era de um remédio que já havia sido receitado via oral) que gerou enorme inchaço em sua pata por mais de uma semana. São cobrados muitos serviços desnecessariamente, que não precisariam ser feitos, de acordo com a opinião de outros especialistas consultados. Não recomendo
Nothing satisfactory! The value of the services charged was more than three times the amount I had already paid for the same treatment in another location and in addition my dog received an injection (unnecessary, as it was from a medicine that had already been prescribed orally) that generated huge swelling in his paw for more than a week. Many services are charged unnecessarily, which would not need to be done, according to the opinion of other experts consulted. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida, a prontidão em atender meu cachorro na hora que ele precisava com certeza fez total diferença! Liguei em vários na cidade e nenhum quis vir até a minha casa, visto que eu não tinha como levá-lo até a clínica e a equipe da Villa Vet vieram prestaram os primeiros socorros e detectaram que ele precisava de exames mais específicos, então o levaram para passar o dia em observação, após os exames receitaram os remédios e como um passe de mágicas o Xico já estava bem no final do dia! Agradeço a todo o suporte e atenção!
I was very well attended, the readiness to attend to my dog at the time he needed it certainly made a total difference! I called several in the city and none wanted to come to my house, since I had no way to take him to the clinic and the Villa Vet team came to provide first aid and detected that he needed more specific tests, so they took him to spend the day in observation, after the exams they prescribed the medicines and as a magic trick Xico was already right at the end of the day!
