★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da Dra Adélia, a veterinaria da minha cachorrinha pediu para fazer um Raio X e ela na avaliação dela achou que não tinha condições de fazer pelo risco de saúde da minha cachorra que teria que esta internada. Mas eu acho que as pessoas tem que ter mais amor aos animais e principalmente com os clientes, infelizmente dinheiro é tudo nesse mundo, eu não tenho condições de pagar uma diária de 200,00 para o meu cachorrinho, se pude-se estaria internada, a veterinaria passou todos os medicamentos possiveis para tomar e comprei e estou dando. Agora quando chegamos num lugar para fazer um procedimento pago que seria 135,00 merecemos um minimo de zelo e educação para falar com os outros. Não recomendo mesmo!
 Dr. Adélia's poor service, my dog's veterinarian asked to do an X-ray and she, in her evaluation, thought she was unable to do it because of the health risk of my dog who would have to be hospitalized. But I think that people have to have more love for animals and especially with customers, unfortunately money is everything in this world, I am unable to pay a daily fee of 200.00 for my puppy, if I could, I would be hospitalized, the veterinarian gave me all the possible medicines to take and I bought and am giving them. Now when we arrive at a place to do a paid procedure that would be 135.00 we deserve a minimum of zeal and education to speak with others. I really don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados por gentileza não ignorem este meu relato,pior experiência da minha vida foi ter deixado meu cachorrinho nesta clínica,mas não tive opção, quando o internei pedi que por favor
alimentassem ele na seringa, pois não Estava comendo ração e que tirassem ele da jaula para urinar, de imediato a Dra Adélia com muita má vontade disse que não iria fazer isso, já fiquei assustada com a maneira que me respondeu e vi que ali o bichinho não iria ter carinho.
Ao outro dia fui visitá-lo e perguntei se havia comido e me informaram que não, o turno da manhã não tinha a informação sobre a alimentação, nem tiveram a paciência de tentar dar a comida pela sonda a opção mais fácil para eles e mais sofrida para o cachorro era colocar a sonda, que inclusive foi colada no nariz dele, acreditem com alguma cola
parecendo Super Bonder????
Enfim,vi 2 cachorros internatos lá sem o menor cuidado e carinho, largados a própria sorte, meu coração está partido, pobres bichinhos, sem pensar duas vezes tirei meu cachorrinho de lá e coloquei em outra clínica, no mesmo dia comeu muitooooooooo, sem sonda e se recuperou, o Amor tbm ajuda a Curar.
Se puderem nunca coloquem seus bichinhos neste lugar tenebroso, com cheiro de morte, tenho certeza absoluta que se eu não tivesse tomado a decisão de transferir o meu pet para outra clínica ele iria morrer as mínguas, sem o mínimo de atenção, pois não se preocupam com o animal e sim com o Dinheiro,Corram deste lugar, por favor, temos outros profissionais aqui em Campos que amam o que fazem e se importam com o Pet e não com o dinheiro.
Não sei como este estabelecimento ainda existe, se depender de mim, nunca mais irão ver o cheiro do meu dinheiro e sempre que puder alertar alguém sobre a experiência que tive assim o farei.

If they can never put their pets in this dark place, with the smell of death, I am absolutely sure that if I had not made the decision to transfer my pet to another clinic he would die in pain, without the least attention, because they do not care with the animal and yes with Money, Run from this place, please, we have other professionals here in Campos who love what they do and care about the Pet and not with the money.
I don't know how this establishment still exists, if it depends on me, they will never see the smell of my money again and whenever I can alert someone about the experience I had, I will do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorrinho sempre é bem tratado. Toda a equipe é muito carinhosa e o mais importante possui muita responsabilidade. Medicações na hora certa. Diagnóstico preciso. Tudo para o bem estar dos animais. Outro ponto importante é que há medicos e auxiliares plantonistas 24 horas. Prova que sempre encontro os profissionais na madrugda ao socorrer meu pequenininho. Meus agradecimentos a todos. Mais particularmente aqueles profissionais que tive mais convivência: Dr. Sérgio, Dra. Adélia, Dra. Milenne, Dr. Douglas e os auxiliares Willian, Cassiano e os 2 Gabriel.
