★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi nada boa. Meu gato estava com um dos olhos fechados. Levei lá e foi diagnosticado com úlcera de córnea. Em em estágio inicial. Foi receitado o colírio predfort e antibiótico por 7 dias. No retorno... piorou e aumentou a lesão (90% do olho). Sai bem decepcionada e desconfiada q tinha algo errado. Procurei uma oftalmo e ela explicou que o colírio predfort tem corticoide, oq não é indicado pra essa lesão (e algo bem básico que todos os bons veterinários sabem, menos ela, que se diz "especialista em felinos") e só piorou. Agora, tratando de forma correta e ainda vai levar um tempo pra melhorar o que foi feito de maneira errada. Lição aprendida. Procure um especialista (veterinário oftamo) quando o problema for no olho ou pelo menos um bom veterinário que seja profissional em falar que não é a especialidade dele e te encaminhe pro especialista. Que não fique testando o que não sabe e prejudicando mais ainda o animal. Fujam dessa veterinária!
My experience was not good. My cat had one eye closed. I took it there and was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer. In early stage. Predfort and antibiotic eye drops were prescribed for 7 days. On the return ... it worsened and the lesion increased (90% of the eye). I left very disappointed and suspicious that something was wrong. I looked for an ophthalmology and she explained that the predfort eye drops have corticosteroids, which is not indicated for this lesion (and something very basic that all good veterinarians know, except her, who says she is a "cat specialist") and it only got worse. Now, treating it correctly and it will take a while to improve what was done wrong. Lesson learned. Look for a specialist (veterinarian oftamo) when the problem is in the eye or at least a good veterinarian who is professional in saying that it is not his specialty and refer you to the specialist. Let him not be testing what he does not know and harming the animal even more. Run away from that vet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graziela não é transparente sobre o que está acontecendo com o pet. Passa predisim para quase todas as situações em que nosso gato está com dor. Após termos ido duas vezes com o gato com um quadro de coceira (não era pulga), ela pediu um exame de sangue e quando o laudo ficou pronto, não explicou o diagnóstico e medicou 21 dias de antibiótico e predisim novamente sem explicar porque da medicação. Estávamos desconfiados sobre o jeito que ela estava lidando com nosso gato, fomos em outra veterinária que fez um exame de sangue mais completo e viu que o rim do gato estava sobrecarregado e na hora ficou preocupadissima sobre o diagnóstico errado que Dra. Graziela fez no gato visto que predsim piora o estado do rim e não deveria ser dado por tantos dias seguidos.
Graziela is not transparent about what is happening with her pet. It passes predisim for almost all situations in which our cat is in pain. After we went twice with the cat with an itchy condition (it wasn't flea), she asked for a blood test and when the report was ready, she didn't explain the diagnosis and medicated 21 days of antibiotics and predisposed again without explaining why the medication . We were suspicious about the way she was dealing with our cat, we went to another vet who did a more complete blood test and saw that the cat's kidney was overworked and at the time she was worried about the wrong diagnosis that Dr. Graziela did it on the cat since predsim worsens the condition of the kidney and should not be given for so many days in a row.
