★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA! Gente, que tipo de profissional é essa? Liguei para agendar atendimento fui super mal tratada gratuitamente, estou em choque até agora. Só perguntei o preço da vacina anti-rábica e se atendia à domicílio, nada mais que isso, e ela me veio com um tiroteio de coisa nada a ver, até riu de mim e disse que tem muita coisa pra fazer pra poder atender à domicílio. Estou passada! Se não gosta do que faz, que mude de área. Se trata assim as pessoas, imagine o que faz com os animais. NÃO RECOMENDO.
 FATHER! Guys, what kind of professional is this? I called to schedule service I was super poorly treated for free, I'm in shock so far. I only asked for the price of the rabies vaccine and if I attended home, nothing more than that, and she came to me with a shooting of nothing to see, she even laughed at me and said that there is a lot to do to be able to take care of the house . I'm through! If you do not like what you do, change the area. If you treat people like this, imagine what you do with animals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima veterinária. Liguei para agendar uma consulta de emergência e acabei levando um sermão por vacinar minha cadela no veterinário que acompanhou sua cirurgia. Pelo visto essa péssima profissional só atende consulta de emergência dos cães que ela vacina, afinal a vacina gera mais lucros! Outro detalhe a mesma solicitou que levasse uma labradora com mais de 40kg no colo, pois ela não tem uma equipe de limpeza no local. Imagine só, um local de saúde para cães sem assepsia. Enfim não recomendo!
Terrible veterinarian. I called to schedule an emergency appointment and ended up taking a lecture for vaccinating my dog at the vet who accompanied her surgery. Apparently this terrible professional only attends emergency consultations of dogs that she vaccinates, after all the vaccine generates more profits! Another detail she asked to take a lab with over 40kg in her lap, as she does not have a cleaning team on site. Imagine, a place of health for dogs without asepsis. Anyway do not recommend!

Excellent, I arrived with my pet without scheduling and for a lot of love for the animals she couldn't resist and soon put me inside in order to help and see the improvement, she didn't care if it could fit or not only wanted to see the improvement of my pet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência ao levar meu cão para ser vacinado nesse lugar, a 'veterinária' se recusou a prestar o serviço se respaldando em uma opinião baseada sem sua experiência passada e não em um consenso médico/veterinário. Constrangeu a mim e minha mãe por não termos levado o cão aos cuidados dela quando ele precisou de atendimento emergencial; sendo que ela mesma não faz esse tipo de atendimento. Disse que a responsabilidade pela vacina seria da veterinária que prestou o atendimento em outra ocasião. Portando decidi que não faria a vacina devido ao alerta dela; ela simplesmente 'bateu palmas' 'mandou beijo' e disse "boa sorte". Foi a pior experiência que eu tive com uma 'profissional' na saúde. Foi debochada, infantil e nos humilhou pelo simples fato de não compreendermos a negativa no atendimento. A má fama que ela tem na região infelizmente se comprovou num ato de extrema falta de respeito e amor ao próximo e ao cão que só precisava de uma vacina. Então recomendo que procurem outros veterinários na região que é bem generosa para essa especialidade; assim evitarão a dor e a vergonha que eu passei apenas por cuidar do meu cão velhinho.
I had a very bad experience taking my dog to be vaccinated in this place, the 'veterinarian' refused to provide the service based on an opinion based on her past experience and not on a medical/veterinarian consensus. It embarrassed my mother and me that we had not taken the dog into her care when he needed emergency care; since she does not provide this type of service. He said that the responsibility for the vaccine would be the veterinarian who provided the service on another occasion. So I decided that I would not do the vaccine due to her warning; she simply 'clapped her hands' 'blews her kiss' and says 'good luck'. It was the worst experience I had with a 'professional' in health. It was mocking, childish and humiliated us for the simple fact of not understanding the denial in the service. The bad reputation it has in the region unfortunately proved itself in an act of extreme lack of respect and love for others and for the dog that only needed a vaccine. So I recommend that they look for other veterinarians in the region who are very generous in this specialty; that way they will avoid the pain and shame I went through just for taking care of my old dog.
