Simplesmente apaixonada pelo lugar, bem localizado, tudo calmo, gatos e cachorros separados, atendimento com profissionais bem preparados. Meu melhor amigo está saudável e feliz. Veterinaria, Luciana, antes de agendar, explicou tudo direitinho, foi bem compreensiva com o caso do meu pet, o rapaz do banho e tosa, joão, super indico! Mesmo meu gato sendo enorme com quase 10 kilos e bravo, ele foi paciente e mega cuidadoso. Obrigada!
My family and I were well taken care of from start to finish. Simply in love with the place, well located, everything calm, cats and dogs separated, service with well-prepared professionals. My best friend is healthy and happy. Veterinarian, Luciana, before scheduling, explained everything very well, was very understanding with the case of my pet, the boy with the bath and grooming, joão, I highly recommend it! Even though my cat was huge at almost 10 kilos and angry, he was patient and super careful. Thanks!

Minha cachorra precisou ser internada, e via WhatsApp me posicionaram com informações e resultados dos exames.

Meu animal foi muito bem tratado, todos os exames solicitados eram realmente importantes, e ajudaram a chegar em um diagnóstico fidedigno. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e tratam os paciente com muito carinho. Super recomendo !!
Very well structured clinic with excellent professionals, all very careful and dedicated, in addition to having daycare and grooming bath. My animal was treated very well, all the tests requested were really important and helped to arrive at a reliable diagnosis. All staff are very attentive and treat patients with great care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada com o pós atendimento do meu Pet. Levei meu Pet para passar no Pronto Socorro pois li boas recomendações aqui na internet. Ele precisou Ficar internado e pelo que eu percebi foi bem tratado. Na consulta de alta, ele recebeu as orientações da veterinária e ficamos combinado que depois de um mês de tratamento, levaria novamente para passar por exame. Fiz exatamente o que a veterinária falou. Cheguei lá para realizar o exame e Ninguém nem sabia do que se tratava, perguntaram várias vezes porque que ele estava lá fazendo esse exame e para minha decepção a veterinária que me encontrou na recepção nem perguntou se o meu Dog estava bem ou não. Além do que me devolver o cachorro cheio de gel da ultrassom NEM PRA LIMPAR O BICHINHO… Um horror! DECEPCIONADA com essas atitudes!
I was disappointed with my pet's aftercare. I took my Pet to the Emergency Room because I read good recommendations here on the internet. He needed to be hospitalized and from what I could see he was treated well. At the discharge consultation, he received the veterinarian's instructions and we agreed that after a month of treatment, he would take him again to undergo an examination. I did exactly what the vet said. I got there to perform the exam and nobody even knew what it was about, they asked several times why he was there doing this exam and to my disappointment the vet who found me at the reception didn't even ask if my Dog was ok or not. Besides giving me back the dog full of ultrasound gel NOT TO CLEAN THE PET… A horror! DISAPPOINTED with these attitudes!
