Minha cachorrinha só sobreviveu porque foram extremamente rápidos e trataram muito bem na Pet Care. Minha veterinária que não é da Pet Care me falou isso. Sou muito grato mesmo.
Além disso, eles foram totalmente transparentes sobre os custos desde o começo, o que foi ótimo também.
Perfect. If your pet has a potentially serious problem, bring it here. There's an ICU.
My little dog only survived because they were extremely fast and treated very well at Pet Care. My non-Pet Care vet told me this. I'm really grateful.
Also, they were totally transparent about the costs from the start, which was great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligência. Levei dois filhotes à unidade Ibirapuera às 22h00 numa situação de emergência. A clínica estava vazia e o quadro dizia que havia 3 veterinários plantonistas para o pronto-socorro. Fiquei esperando mais de uma hora sem ser atendido e quando perguntei ao recepcionista, o mesmo deu uma explicação sem sentido e depois foi verificar com os veterinários. Voltou dizendo que ainda precisaria esperar 20 mais minutos a meia hora. Fui embora imediatamente inconformado. Uma absoluta falta de respeito com a vida do animalzinho. Falta de senso de urgência. Pouco caso do atendente e dos supostos profissionais que estavam lá dentro e que durante este tempo não mostraram a cara. Uma vergonha.
Negligence. I took two puppies to the Ibirapuera unit at 10 pm in an emergency situation. The clinic was empty and the board said there were 3 veterinarians on duty for the emergency room. I was waiting for over an hour without being attended to and when I asked the receptionist, he gave a meaningless explanation and then went to check with the veterinarians. He came back saying he would still need to wait 20 more minutes to half an hour. I left immediately dissatisfied. An absolute lack of respect for the pet's life. Lack of sense of urgency. Little case of the attendant and the supposed professionals who were inside and who during this time did not show their faces. A shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento desde o agendamento por telefone até a consulta e o pós. Antes de passar com a especialista em felinos Dra. Renata, minha gatinha havia passado com dois veterinários em outros lugares e ninguém conseguia identificar o problema que ela tinha.
Com a Dra. Renata foi quase imediato, além da consulta ser tão completa a ponto de descobrirmos um pouco da história dela. Ela tinha uma bala de chumbinho na orelha e nós acreditávamos ser uma verruga, nenhum veterinário nunca nos falou sobre isso até então.
Nossa Lumi precisou ficar internada e infelizmente não resistiu. A Pet Care foi muito querida e cuidadosa até o último suspiro da nossa filha, além da sutileza em nos dar a notícia e o suporte que vem nos dando nesse processo de luto.
É uma pena que não havíamos conhecido a clínica antes mas ficamos tranquilos em saber que nossa pequena teve todo cuidado possível durante toda a vida dela e continuou recebendo até descansar.
Obrigada a toda equipe que cuidou da nossa princesinha. Continuaremos adotando e cuidando de outros gatinhos para dar a mesma chance de ter um lar em homenagem a nossa Lumi e dessa vez com acompanhamento da Pet Care.
Great service from the appointment by phone to the appointment and after. Before spending time with feline specialist Dr. Renata, my cat had been with two vets in other places and no one could identify the problem she had.
with Dr. Renata was almost immediate, in addition to the consultation being so complete that we discovered a little of her history. She had a pellet in her ear and we believed it to be a wart, no vet ever told us about it until then.
Our Lumi needed to be hospitalized and unfortunately she couldn't resist. Pet Care was very sweet and careful until our daughter's last breath, in addition to the subtlety in giving us the news and the support she has been giving us in this grieving process.
It is a pity that we had not known the clinic before but we were reassured to know that our little one took all the care possible throughout her life and continued to receive until she rested.
Thank you to all the team that took care of our little princess. We will continue to adopt and take care of other kittens to give the same chance to have a home in honor of our Lumi and this time with Pet Care.

Tive um problema terrível de agendamento, que me gerou uma grande confusão e interferiu no horário de trabalho do meu namorado,que levou a cachorrinha para exames.
Quando cheguei na unidade fiquei muito surpresa pois todos foram atenciosos comigo, inclusive uma senhora que parecia ser a responsável pelo local veio pedir desculpas pessoalmente e perguntar o que havia ocorrido. Todos os profissionais que fizeram os exames foram muito carinhosos e pacientes com minha cachorrinha, que é medrosa.
Apesar do stress inicial, o saldo foi positivo.
I had made a review but I changed my grade.
I had a terrible scheduling problem, which caused me a lot of confusion and interfered with my boyfriend's work schedule, who took the dog for exams.
When I arrived at the unit I was very surprised because everyone was attentive to me, including a lady who seemed to be in charge of the place came to apologize in person and ask what had happened. All the professionals who performed the exams were very affectionate and patient with my little dog, who is fearful.
Despite the initial stress, the balance was positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pet care do tatuapé é bom, dão suporte. Agora o do Ibirapuera, sao totalmente negligentes! Acho que por ser a unidade maior, eles não dão conta da quantidade de demanda! Minha cachorrinha passou em consulta, fez exames e informaram que ligariam no dia seguinte com os resultados dos exames. Ocorre que ninguem deu nenhum retorno, Entrei em contato para me informarem dos resultados e disseram que iriam retornar em breve… nao houve devolutiva, entao acabamos achando que ela estava bem, sendo que os exames dela estavam péssimos e super graves!
Tempos depois, Quando fomos em outra clinica sem ser da rede e viram os exames dela, se assustaram que ninguem do Pet care tinha dado uma devolutiva, já que o caso era grave! Por fim, minha cachorrinha acabou falecendo. Talvez se tivessem dado uma devolutiva e ja tivessem entrado com os tratamentos adequados, nao teria acontecido isso! NÃO LEVEM NO IBIRAPUERA, despreparo e desrespeito total.
The pet care of the tatuapé is good, they support it. Now that of Ibirapuera, they are totally negligent! I think that because it is the largest unit, they can't handle the amount of demand! It turns out that no one gave any feedback, I got in touch to inform me of the results and they said they would return soon… there was no return, so we ended up thinking that she was fine, and her exams were terrible and super serious!
Some time later, when we went to another clinic outside the network and saw her exams, they were scared that no one from Pet care had given a return, since the case was serious! Finally, my dog died. Perhaps if they had given a feedback and had already entered with the appropriate treatments, this would not have happened! DO NOT TAKE IBIRAPUERA, unpreparedness and total disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus Gatinhos São todos cuidados pela Dra Renata Camozzi que é uma excelente especialista e näo levo em outro medico. A Dra Elidia (neurologista) cuidou do meu gato quando teve um AVC … ela é ótima! O Dr Guilherme que faz ultrassom é muito atencioso. As enfermeiras também!
A clinica só peca as vezes na organização na entrega dos resultados dos exames para a Veterinária e por isso não ganha 5 estrelas.
Ah também na venda de medicamentos,…. Nunca tem.. ou nao tem o sistema… perdem oportunidade de negócio e deixam de oferecer uma comodidade para o cliente.
Sugestão… tenham os remédios para a venda ou mesmo para a entrega.. inclusive manipulados .
My Kittens are all taken care of by Dr Renata Camozzi who is an excellent specialist and I don't take them to another doctor. Dr Elidia (neurologist) took care of my cat when he had a stroke… she is great! Dr Guilherme who performs ultrasound is very attentive. Nurses too!
The clinic only sometimes fails in the organization in the delivery of the results of the exams to the Veterinary and that's why it doesn't get 5 stars.
Ah also in the sale of medicines,…. They never have... or they don't have the system... they lose business opportunities and fail to offer convenience to the customer.
Suggestion… have the medicines for sale or even for delivery.. even manipulated.
