★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a oportunidade de conhecer esta Clinica dia 30 de Agosto em um procedimento de Tartarectomia e cirúrgico com meu Lulu da Pomerânia de 10 anos, só tenho a ressaltar o atendimento de excelência desde o primeiro contato na recepção até a minha saída , todos sem exceção extremamente solîcitos,cordiais,transmitindo um domínio profissional com muita tranquilidade e segurança, tudo super limpo, ambiente arejado , enfim teria uma lista infinita de elogios a fazer . Estou muito grata pela experiência vivida.Super recomendo.
I had the opportunity to visit this Clinic on August 30th in a Tartarectomy and surgical procedure with my 10 year old Pomeranian Lulu, I just have to emphasize the excellent service from the first contact at the reception until my departure, all without exception extremely helpful, cordial, transmitting a professional domain with great tranquility and security, everything super clean, airy environment, finally I would have an infinite list of compliments to do. I am very grateful for the experience I had. I highly recommend it.

A clinica veterinária é oportunista e aproveitam do sentimento do dono do animal que esta debilitado e inventam e fazem vários procedimentos com custos altíssimos, depois que avisa. No meu cachorro deram duas injeções, e fez o procedimento de lavagem intestinal, e ainda queria fazer vários exames de sangue e RX, sendo que do jeito que ele entrou ele saiu. Paguei quase 600,00 a toa. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meus pais levamos nossas cachorrinhas na Xatô por anos e anos. Apesar de termos tido alguns prolemas ao longo do tempo, sempre gostamos da clínica. Recentemente, submetemos nossa cachorrinha a uma cirurgia arriscada de remoção do baço e parte do fígado para biópsia. Sabíamos do risco, mas era a única chance para ela. A cirurgia em si transcorreu normalmente e ela recebeu alta no mesmo dia à noite. Infelizmente, dois dias depois ela veio a falecer em casa. Sei perfeitamente que os profissionais não têm culpa da morte dela, vide que era uma cachorra com problemas de saúde prévios em tratamento, porém quando informamos sobre a morte dela não recebemos nenhuma ligação dos veterinários que a operaram como forma de conforto e até de conversa técnica sobre o que poderia ter acontecido. O máximo foi uma foto de "consolo" no WhatsApp. Entendo que não seja obrigação, mas como profissional de saúde sei exatamente a diferença que faz um cuidado na hora de prestar condolências nesse momento difícil. A veterinária que acompanhava outras doenças da nossa cachorra, por exemplo, ligou na mesma hora, ainda que nem tivesse diretamente a ver com a cirurgia realizada.
Enfim, não é uma reclamação sobre a clínica em si, mas sim um comentário sobre o conforto numa situação de óbito.

The veterinarian who followed our dog's other illnesses, for example, called right away, even though it wasn't even directly related to the surgery performed.
