★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há quase 6 anos, hoje (06/09/2021) tive a maior decepção com a clínica Vita24 (entre outras decepções menores), deixei meu cachorro Leão por volta 12:00 para tomar um banho simples, fui atendida pela recepcionista e pelo tosador responsável pelo banho, até aí tudo ok. Como de costume fiquei no aguardo da ligação para pega-lo, deu 17:00 hrs e não ligaram aguardei mais um pouco e nada, por fim cheguei a clínica por volta das 18:00hrs meu cachorro ainda estava esperando dois cachorros serem tosados, ou seja, ele estava quase 6 hrs dentro de um quadrado, sabe Deus se ao menos deram água a ele. Quando peguei ele e disse que não ia querer mais o banho fui informada que a demanda foi muito grande, porém em nenhum momento quando deixei ele fui informada da situação. No mínimo o cliente tem quer ser informado se vai querer que o Pet passe por essa tortura de espera. Vita24 nunca mais!
I have been a client for almost 6 years, today (06/09/2021) I had the biggest disappointment with the Vita24 clinic (among other minor disappointments), I left my dog Leão around 12:00 to take a simple bath, I was assisted by the receptionist and by the groomer responsible for the bath, so far everything is ok. As usual I was waiting for the call to pick him up, it was 17:00 hrs and they didn't call I waited a little longer and nothing, finally I arrived at the clinic around 18:00 hrs my dog was still waiting for two dogs to be groomed, or that is, he was almost 6 hrs inside a square, God knows if they even gave him water. When I picked him up and said I wouldn't want a bath anymore, I was informed that the demand was too great, but at no time when I left him I was informed of the situation. At the very least, the client must be informed if they want the Pet to go through this waiting torture. Vita24 never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento acolhedor desde a recepção principalmente a Equipe que dar banho e o tosador Seu Edilson atencioso , orienta nós tutores dos procedimentos que desejamos com competência no que faz.
Sugestão colocar espaço recreativo para os pets ficarem aguardando.
E se possível agendar horário e controlar conforme combinado o horário.
Indico amigas o Vita 24 horas sempre vou na Unidade Caxangá dia dos meus filhotes príncipes é momento divino afetividade e consideração com nossos pets e nós papai e mamãe.

And if possible schedule time and control as agreed on time.
I nominate friends Vita 24 hours I always go to the Caxangá Unit the day of my puppies princes is a divine moment affection and consideration with our pets and us dad and mom.
