★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez na clinica, e não pretendo voltar,NÃO RECOMENDO. fui com o meu cachorro passando muito mal, a veterinária que estava no dia em questão(não lembro o nome)mas era uma grandona de oculos, não me atendeu bem, faltou um pouco de profissionalismo. Ela foi atender 2 pessoas que chegaram DEPOIS de mim, enquanto eu esperava com o meu pet passando muito mal, e detalhe, uma das pessoas que ela foi atender, queria apenas um diagnóstico. Não senti segurança e nem uma preocupação dela com a saúde do meu cachorro. Em seguida fui em outra clinica na rua catalão, lá me atenderam super bem, meu pet precisou fazer cirurgia e graças a Deus passa bem.
 First time at the clinic, and I do not intend to go back, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went with my dog feeling very sick, the vet who was there on the day in question (I don't remember the name) but she was a big girl with glasses, she didn't serve me well, she lacked a little professionalism. She went to see 2 people who arrived AFTER me, while I waited with my pet feeling very sick, and detail, one of the people she went to see, just wanted a diagnosis. I didn't feel safe or worried about my dog's health. Then I went to another clinic on Catalan Street, there they treated me very well, my pet needed surgery and thank God he is doing well.

For sure, Vida Animal is one of the best veterinary clinics in Belo Horizonte. We had an excellent experience with our puppy's surgery. A limpeza é outro ponto forte!
Levo nossos amigos pro banho e tosa, vacinas, consultas, cirurgias e pra o que for preciso! Não troco a Vida Animal por nada!!!
No ano passado levamos nossa cadelinha pra uma cesariana de emergência! Quanto susto! Achamos que ela não suportaria! Mas com os cuidados e dedicação dos veterinários, plantonistas e estagiários nasceram lindos filhotes e deu tudo certo!!!! Hoje todos passam bem e estão fortes e saudáveis!
Só temos que agradecer a todos os funcionários pelo carinho, dedicação e atenção de sempre!!!! Sabemos que podemos contar sempre com vocês, mesmo nos momentos mais difíceis!

I highly recommend! From the reception to the vets they are super affectionate, attentive and always put the lives of our pets first!
Cleaning is another strong point!
I take our friends to the bath and tosa, vaccines, appointments, surgeries and whatever it takes! I wouldn't trade Animal Life for anything!!!
Last year we took our little dog for an emergency C-section! How scary! We didn't think she could handle it! But with the care and dedication of the vets, on duty and interns, beautiful puppies were born and everything worked out!!!! Today everyone is doing well and is strong and healthy!
We just have to thank all the staff for the usual affection, dedication and attention!!!! We know that we can always count on you, even in the most difficult times!

Atendimento excelente e equipe de veterinários super competentes, em especial a Dra Marília com a qual tive a oportunidade de consultar com o meu gato! O Farofa estava meio doentinho com diarréia e vômitos frequentes, graças a vocês e o excelente serviço prestado pela equipe, ele está muito bem! Parabéns a todos!
