★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levamos nosso gatinho, a veterinária faz de tudo pra internar o animal!!! até ameaça com a conversa q se algo acontecer e responsabilidade dos donos se não deixar lá!!!!! o meu gato pelas palavras dela tava fraco, desidratado podendo chegar a óbito, ele tava com aftas na língua, passou um remédio pra casa q quando fui comprar a pessoa falou q não ia resolver e teríamos q voltar nesse lugar, ele então indicou um remédio q em dois dias o meu gatinho já tava comendo, bebendo água é agora já tá lá aprontando dinovo!!!! não indico esse lugar nem pro meu pior inimigo

I don't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência indireta com o local fez com que felizmente eu não venha a ter uma direta, pois as impressões não são boas. Acabei tendo mais de duas pessoas conhecidas que coincidentemente tiveram problemas pós-cirúrgicos, como não cicatrização e outros. E isso não teve a ver com comportamentos do animal, pois tiveram opinião de outros veterinários, uma vez que levaram a outros locais para reavaliar/corrigir. Avalio em nome desses pobres cães e de outros que possam cair em mãos que não vão ajudá-los e o já caro poderia sair ainda mais caro no fim. Não sei sobre todos os veterinários, mas que existem os ruins na cirurgia, isso com certeza.
My indirect experience with the place meant that fortunately I won't have a direct one, as the impressions are not good. I ended up having more than two known people who coincidentally had post-surgical issues like non-healing and such. And this had nothing to do with the animal's behavior, as they had the opinion of other vets, as they took them to other places to reassess/correct. I evaluate on behalf of these poor dogs and others that may fall into hands that will not help them and the already expensive could be even more expensive in the end. I don't know about all vets, but there are bad ones in surgery, that's for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz castração do meu Dog, foi Td tranquilo e nd a reclamar.
Porem, a última vez que infelizmente tive que ir foi devido ele estar chorando e mancando com dores na patinha.
Foi pedido raio x, levei para o retorno com outra veterinária muito ruim que nem se levantou da cadeira para examinar e disse que é da raça e tem que tomar remédio para ossos.
Ele está tomando o remédio certinho, passado 20 dias a dor voltou mais intensa. Voltei para o 2° retorno (paga-se uma consulta e tem direito a 2 retornos em 30 dias), ela foi super ríspida, querendo que eu pagasse a consulta novamente, eu informei que era retorno, enfim, tive que falar com a gerente que conferiu a ficha e viu que realmente não precisa pagar pois era o 2° retorno (a veterinária nem olhou na minha cara, quanto mais se desculpe pelo erro).
A veterinária sem saber Oq fazer, disse que o raio x estava ruim e tinha que refazer e passar com o ortopedista (agendado para outro dia de acordo com a disponibilidade dele).
Enfim, estou em busca de outro profissional para resolver esse problema, pois lá, pretendo não voltar.

However, the last time I unfortunately had to go was because he was crying and limping with pain in his paw.
An x-ray was ordered, I took it to the return with another very bad vet who didn't even get up from her chair to examine it and said she is the breed and has to take bone medicine.
He is taking the medicine correctly, after 20 days the pain returned more intense. I went back for the 2nd consultation (you pay for an appointment and you are entitled to 2 returns in 30 days), she was super harsh, wanting me to pay for the consultation again, I informed her that it was a return, anyway, I had to talk to the manager who checked the form and saw that you really don't need to pay because it was the 2nd return (the vet didn't even look at my face, let alone apologize for the mistake).
The vet, not knowing what to do, said that the x-ray was bad and had to be redone and sent to the orthopedist (scheduled for another day according to his availability).
Anyway, I'm looking for another professional to solve this problem, because there, I intend not to return.
