★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica é excelente, os veterinários são muito atenciosos, muito simpáticos, e bastante honestos, na minha opinião. Eu só tenho uma crítica: o tempo de espera geralmente é bem grande. Eu sempre venho preparado para esperar pelo menos 40 minutos até ser atendido, porque raramente é menos que isso. Uma sugestão que eu dou é começar a atender por agendamento. Se o tempo de espera fosse de até 20 minutos, para mim, a Rosnados seria perfeita.
This clinic is excellent, the vets are very attentive, very friendly, and quite honest, in my opinion. I only have one criticism: the waiting time is usually quite long. I always come prepared to wait at least 40 minutes before being served, because it is rarely less than that. One suggestion I give is to start attending by appointment. If the waiting time was up to 20 minutes, for me, the growl would be perfect.

O atendimento é excelente desde a recepção até a consulta, realização de exames e orientações, etc... Minha gatinha chegou muito mal na clínica e teve uma segunda chance graças ao cuidado de todos, e em especial, da Dra Estela.

The service is excellent from reception to consultation, examinations and guidance, etc... My kitten arrived at the clinic very badly and had a second chance thanks to everyone's care, especially Dr Estela.
