★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos nosso pet internado ontem o dia inteiro, ele ficou bom enquanto estava no hospital, voltando pra casa ficou ruim novamente, gastamos $ com medicamentos, voltamos ao hospital e querem mais $ para ainda ver o que o cachorro tem, tentamos contato com o proprietario que nos atendeu primeiramente, mas agora não conseguimos acha-lo, fica ai minha insatisfação !!!

Desorganizado e muita demora para atender, levei numa situação de emergência e a médica ficou mais preocupada em coletar dados para cadastro, sendo que eu já tinha ligado antes e explicado que era uma situação de intoxicação. Outro fator foi a limpeza, que deixa a desejar. Para um hospital que diz ser 24h precisa de muito preparo, da médica e da recepcionista.
Terrible service, do not recommend to anyone. Disorganized and took a long time to answer, I took it to an emergency situation and the doctor was more concerned about collecting data for registration, since I had already called before and explained that it was an intoxication situation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou simplesmente horrorizada com o descaso e a falta de cuidado com o cliente, essa clínica foi a clínica mais cara que eu achei pra fazer raio x R$ 120,00 reais eu precisava de 3 ângulos que paguei a vista um total de R$ 360,00 reais o que é mais horrorizante é que me mandaram uma mensagem dizendo que a imagem liberava na hora, e o laudo de 24 a 48 hrs no dia que eu levei pra fazer o raio x a atendente disse que não fornecem imagem. Começou a enganar o cliente aí, só que eu tenho todas as mensagens de prova. Quando foi ontem dia 04/05 eu entrei em contato pois esse raio x é com muita urgência e se eu procurei lá é porque eu confiei que iriam prestar um ótimo serviço mas não.... Ontem me informaram que as 18 hrs iam me encaminhar o laudo e até agora nada, as atendentes de lá infelizmente Não resolvem nada, como me informaram que tem algumas coisas que elas não consegue fazer nada . Mas cadê o gerente ? Se colocam funcionários que não estão capacitados pra resolver nossos problemas o gerente tem que permanecer na empresa e ficar disponível pra resolver esse tipo de situação. Estão fazendo pouco caso, se eu não ligo , ou mando mensagem não me dão nenhum retorno já passou do prazo e até agora nada.
Se o serviço que vocês passam é terceirizado café o responsável pra tomar medidas corretas e trocar de empresa pra prestar esse serviço? Aonde já se viu demorar mais de 48 horas pra passar um laudo de raio x? Isso é gravíssimo.
Minha vontade é de chorar não tem um pingo de amor ao próximo, eles não mostram vontade nenhuma de resolver, se Deus me livre se agravar o caso tenho certeza que eles não vão arcar com os custos .
E sem contar que a atendente ela que subiu pra fazer o raio-x, não tinha nem noção das coisas pois como uma pessoa sozinha quer tirar o raio-x de um pet e ainda teve a coragem de me chamar pra ajudar a segurar o pet, a certeza eu tive lá não tem profissionais preparados, e são bastante sem noção porque deixar uma funcionária sozinha a noite pra atender telefone, atender a porta e fazer raio-x sozinha isso pra mim foi o fim.

Meu filhote estava com uma doença comprometedora e desde o momento em que foi conversado pelo telefone o atendimento foi perfeito, chegamos com urgência com ele na clínica, ele foi muito bem atendido. Foi priorizado nas medicações e depois conversamos a respeito. A partir do momento em que chegamos no consultório a forma como os profissionais atenderam a gente foi realmente perfeito, foram rápidas na entrada de medicamentos por já saberem o diagnóstico do meu filhote e deram todo suporte necessário e sempre muito comunicativos. Confiabilidade é a melhor palavra pra descrever os profissionais, desde os médicos veterinários, a recepção, que também tem um atendimento maravilhoso. Super atenciosos, passam informações corretas e além de serem super pacientes com o nosso desespero. A equipe de médicos: Dra. Crislaine, Camila e Dr. Danilo foram impecáveis durante o tratamento do meu pequeno. Infelizmente ele não resistiu, mas durante o processo de internação eu sempre acompanhava de perto os cuidados prestados ao meu pequeno, e eles foram maravilhosos, desde o atendimento, a higiene, no cuidado, ao tratamento, ao suporte dado à mim, principalmente. Equipe de médicos veterinários que passam confiança e zelam pela saúde do paciente. São uma equipe de profissionais realmente capacitados e muito atenciosos. Só tenho que agradecer a todos pelo carinho e pelo cuidado ao meu pequeno. Além também de terem um valor acessível aos serviços da clínica. Super indico o local para internação e acompanhamento médico frequente aos nossos filhos de quatro patinhas ❤?? somos eternamente gratos pelo cuidado que foi oferecido ao meu bebê (Thor)
