★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui indicada por 3 amigas para levar meu pet a se avaliar na Guaruvet, super recomendada por seu excelente profissionalismo. Porém, ao ligar para solicitar algumas informações, fui atendida grosseiramente e debochadamente por uma "recepcionista" totalmente despreparada, sem profissionalismo e nenhuma ética moral ou profissional. Ao perguntar a essa recepcionista quem iria atender meu pet (devido nao conhecer o local e nem saber quantos profissionais atendiam lá), a mesma me respondeu: "O veterinário!" Dando muitas gargalhadas da minha cara. Com a educação que tenho e prezo, continuei a conversa dizendo que me referia ao profissional, a mesma respondeu Dr. Amilcar e continuou rindo.
Lamentável esse tipo de profissional a frente de um trabalho tão sério que é voltado a tratar as vidas de nossos pets. Nunca mais passarei na porta desse local. Tive ótimas recomendações do dr. Amilcar, porem, perdeu a credibilidade com essa profissional (se é que se pode chamar de profissional) medilcre a frente desse consultório!

I was recommended by 3 friends to take my pet to evaluate at Guaruvet, super recommended for its excellent professionalism. However, when calling to ask for some information, I was answered rudely and mockingly by a "receptionist" totally unprepared, without professionalism and no moral or professional ethics. When asking this receptionist who would attend my pet (due to not knowing the place or knowing how many professionals attended there), she answered: "The vet!" Giving lots of laughs to my face. With the education I have and cherish, I continued the conversation saying that I was referring to the professional, she replied Dr. Amilcar and continued laughing.
Regrettable this type of professional in front of a job so serious that it is aimed at treating the lives of our pets. I will never pass the door of that place again. I had great recommendations from dr. Amilcar, however, lost his credibility with this professional (if you can call him a professional) medilcre in front of this office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doutor extremamente arrogante. Claramente só liga para o dinheiro, deixando a saúde dos nossos pets em segundo lugar. Além de ter me enrolado semanas para "agendar" a castração do meu animalzinho, receitou uma porção de remédios a partir de um diagnóstico errôneo.
Joguei dinheiro fora. Não recomendo nem que seja o ultimo veterinário disponível.
Se vocês amam seus animais, não levem nesse estabelecimento. Procurem Ongs que além de ter melhor preço, tratam os animais muito melhor e com mais carinho.
Extremely arrogant doctor. Clearly only cares about money, leaving our pets' health in second place. In addition to having curled up for weeks to "schedule" the spaying of my pet, he also prescribed a number of medicines based on an erroneous diagnosis.
I threw money away. I do not recommend it even if it is the last vet available.
If you love your animals, don't take them to this establishment. Look for NGOs that in addition to having a better price, treat animals much better and with more affection.

I would like to leave here my thanks for the affection, and zeal that Dr. Amilcar, and his team, had with my puppy Billy, taking care of him since he was 3 months old, and even now with 12 years old!
Thank you Dr, for always taking care of him when we need to, and especially now, in his last days of life.

My little dog Billy is being well taken care of by Dr Amilcar. The receptionists gave us a great welcome and everyone really liked Billy my 2 month old french bulldog. I RECOMMEND

I just have to thank Dr. Amilcar for always taking care of my puppy with such professionalism and care! Even though I don't live in Guarulhos anymore, I don't change vets for nothing! I recommend it to everyone who has a pet, I fully trust him! The receptionists are also lovely!
