★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta feira retrasada levei meu cão para uma consulta, pedi um atendimento com urgência pois meu cão estava apresentado sintomas muito estranhos , a veterinaria que atendeu retirou sangue para exames ,e ficou de marcar um ultra som,não me retornou até hoje cobrou pelo exame e também nao me retornou sobre o resultado. No domingo seguinte meu cao morreu em casa e até agora nao tive retorno e nem sei qual a causa da morte. Obs fui atendido na clínica da Orfanato. Ele só tinha cinco anos.
On the Friday before last I took my dog for an appointment, I asked for an urgent care because my dog was showing very strange symptoms, the vet who attended took blood for exams, and had to schedule an ultrasound, he didn't return me until today charged for the exam and also didn't get back to me about the result. The following Sunday my dog died at home and so far I haven't heard back and I don't even know the cause of death. Obs I was attended at the Orphanage clinic. He was only five years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei com minha gata com a pálpebra pra fora, fiquei mais de hora pra ser atendida, quando perguntei se ia demorar falaram que eu ia ter que aguardar mais, não me passaram um horário ou tempo de espera, totalmente descomprometidos com os clientes e animados! Por fim, acabei não sendo atendida e tive que ir em outro veterinário. Odiei o atendimento, nunca mais volto!
Terrible service, I arrived with my cat with her eyelid out, I stayed more than an hour to be attended, when I asked if it was going to take a while they said I would have to wait longer, they didn't give me a time or waiting time, totally uncommitted to the customers and excited! Finally, I ended up not being seen and had to go to another vet. I hated the service, will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na parte da tarde com meu padastro pra pegar os exames do meu gato e pedir pra eles refazer o curativo que nem durou 10 minutos da pata do meu gato. Cobraram 200 reais, como cliente ia me cobrar de novo pelo curativo sendo que não tinham feito direito. Argumentavam dizendo que estava mentindo e gritando com a gente. Souberam cobrar mas não souberam explica oque estavam acontecendo ou dando uma atenção pro meu animal. Sentimos muito mal lá pois a médica da tarde que fez tudo isso foi muito grosseira e inexperiente pra lidar com a situação, da a pensa que só pensam em ganha dinheiro em cima dos animais. Meu animal de estimação foi atendido tão mal por ela que até um ladrão teria um ótimo atendimento no hospital.

They charged 200 reais, as a customer they were going to charge me again for the dressing since they hadn't done it right. They argued that he was lying and yelling at us. They knew how to charge but they didn't know how to explain what was happening or paying attention to my animal. We felt very bad there because the doctor in the afternoon who did all this was very rude and inexperienced to deal with the situation, it makes you think that they only think about making money over the animals. My pet was treated so poorly by her that even a thief would get great care at the hospital.
