★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo lugar para deixar seu cachorro, seja por um período, dia ou feriado. A casa é simples e os cachorros tem livre circulação pelo espaço, ambiente limpo e o mais importante de muito carinho. Minha cachorra frequenta duas vezes por semana e quando chega na frente do BlueDog Inn o rabo já começa aquele abano frenético. Rs
 A great place to leave your dog, whether for a period, day or holiday. The house is simple and the dogs have free movement through the space, a clean environment and most importantly, a lot of affection. My dog attends twice a week and when she arrives in front of the BlueDog Inn the tail starts that frantic jerk. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi a pior possível! Deixei meu cachorro para um banho e tosa e disse para cortar um pouco e só.
Para a minha surpresa e tristeza acabaram com o corte do cachorro, cortaram totalmente errado, sem nenhum método, tudo torto e sem qualquer cuidado com aparência e técnica.
Não foi por falta de informar a atendente pois foi dito várias vezes que trata se de um animal pequeno que não pode ficar sem pelo nesta época.
Estou muito chocado com o acontecido.
O dog chegou horrível e também se coçando bastante.
Não recomendo por nada esse lugar.
My experience was the worst possible! I left my dog for a bath and grooming and told him to cut it a little bit.
To my surprise and sadness, they ended up cutting the dog, cutting it completely wrong, without any method, all crooked and without any care with appearance and technique.
It was not for lack of informing the attendant because it was said several times that it is a small animal that cannot be without hair at this time.
I am very shocked by what happened.
The dog arrived horrible and itchy too.
I don't recommend this place for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu levava meu Spitz para o banho, houve troca de funcionária, a mesma totalmente despreparada, nada cuidadosa, queimou a barriga do meu cão com a máquina, a mesma infeccionou e não tive serviço veterinário (obrigação do local já que foi responsabilidade do mesmo!!!!!! meu animal foi machucado no momento do banho/tosa higiênica) e muito menos se importaram em prestar ajuda financeira. Resumo: passei num veterinário de minha confiança, paguei consulta, exames e pomadas. Sabemos que não é barato. Nunca mais coloco o pé no local, tudo o que ouvi foi "desculpa" quando informei o ocorrido por telefone. Péssimo.
I took my Spitz to the bath, there was a change of staff, the same totally unprepared, not careful, burned the belly of my dog with the machine, it infected and had no veterinary service (obligation of the place since it was the responsibility of the same! !!!!! my pet was injured when bathing / grooming hygienic) and much less bother to provide financial assistance. Summary: I went to a vet I trusted, paid for consultation, exams, and ointments. We know it is not cheap. Never put your foot in place, all I heard was "sorry" when I reported the incident by phone. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre cuidam muito bem e com muito carinho da minha Beagle Hoshi. Ela adora o BlueDog, sempre vai com o rabinho abanando e volta bem cansada!
They always take care of my Beagle Hoshi very well and with great affection. She loves BlueDog, always goes with her tail wagging and comes back very tired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao compareceu à retirada do animal, nem avisou que não viria. Muito bom para uma 1a impressão. Se o dono do local não sabe, saiba que os funcionários estão matando o negócio. Ja havia sido informado de algumas falhas por outros colegas. Se é o próprio dono que presta esse atendimento... Nem tem o que falar.
He did not attend the animal's withdrawal, nor did he warn that he would not come. Very good for a first impression. If the owner of the place doesn't know, know that employees are killing the business. He had already been informed of some failures by other colleagues. If it is the owner himself who provides this service ... There's nothing to talk about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei nesse lugar pela primeira vez no dia 12/01 para marcar banho e tosa. O rapaz que atendeu a ligação marcou para ontem e disse que viria buscar o cachorro. Esperei e ninguém apareceu... não deram nem satisfação.
I called this place for the first time on 12/01 to schedule a bath and grooming. The guy who answered the phone called for yesterday and said he would come and get the dog. I waited and no one came ... they didn't give any satisfaction.
