★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu simplesmente adoro esta clínica. Recentemente adotei com meu esposo uma gatinha não tínhamos muito conhecimento sobre gatinhos e as doutoras sempre são muito atencioas e pacientes, tiram todas as dúvidas e tratam muito bem os bichinhos. Não troco esta clínica por outra !!
I just love this clinic. Recently I adopted with my husband a kitten we did not have much knowledge about kittens and the doctors are always very attentive and patient, they take all doubts and treat the animals very well. I do not change this clinic for another one !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconteceu uma situação muito chata. Eu e minha noiva deixamos a nossa gatinha na clínica, a princípio ela apresentava somente vomito. E infelizmente a gatinha veio a óbito, e depois disso, juntando as peças, chegamos a conclusão que pode ter ocorrido um despreparo profissional.
Além disso, encobriram de nós um sintoma que a gatinha teve na clínica (diarréia), não nos informaram sobre isso. Só ficamos sabendo dessa diarréia que ela teve através do atestado de óbito, que inclusive foi outro ponto negativo da clínica. Não nos forneceram o laudo de imediato, foi preciso ficarmos cobrando a clínica para que nos mandassem o laudo, e ainda por cima, descrito com coisas que não condizia com o ocorrido...
A very upsetting situation happened. My fiancee and I left our kitten at the clinic, at first she only vomited. And unfortunately the kitten died, and after that, putting the pieces together, we came to the conclusion that there may have been a professional unpreparedness.
In addition, they covered up a symptom that the kitten had at the clinic (diarrhea) from us, they did not inform us about it. We only know about this diarrhea that she had through the death certificate, which was another negative point of the clinic. They didn't give us the report right away, we had to keep charging the clinic to send us the report, and on top of that, described with things that didn't match what happened...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado minha experiência!!! Atendimento humanizado, nunca tinha presenciado tanto carinho com os animais como eu vi lá. Desde a moça que me recebeu as veterinarias, Larissa e Fernanda. Foram carinhosas, porém práticas e objetivas. Me colocaram a par da gravidade do meu dog, infelizmente, ele ficou internado e veio a falecer essa madrugada, mas até nesse momento elas foram maravilhosas. Hj pela manhã fui buscar seu corpinho e a veterinária de plantão fez questão de levá- lo até o carro. Fizeram td para salvá-lo!!! Mas tinha chegado a hora dele partir!!!. Obrigada por tudo. Eu super recomendo!!!
I would like to share my experience!!! Humanized service, I had never witnessed so much affection with animals as I saw there. From the girl who welcomed me to the vets, Larissa and Fernanda. They were affectionate, but practical and objective. They made me aware of the seriousness of my dog, unfortunately, he was hospitalized and died this morning, but so far they were wonderful. This morning I went to get his little body and the vet on duty insisted on taking him to the car. They did everything to save him!!! But the time had come for him to leave!!!. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend!!!
