★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr. Wagner é maravilhoso, amei o atendimento, é muito profissional, tem muita habilidade para conseguir tratar o meu schnauzer que não é nada fácil...a única coisa que deixa a desejar é o atendimento telefônico, como é difícil falar naquela clínica. A moça da recepção é bem atenciosa presencialmente mas atender o telefone é complicado.
Dr. Wagner is wonderful, I loved the service, he is very professional, he has a lot of ability to manage my schnauzer, which is not easy at all... the only thing that leaves something to be desired is the telephone service, as it is difficult to talk at that clinic . The girl at the reception is very helpful in person, but answering the phone is complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico surpreso quando leio as avaliações aqui e comparo com o atendimento para minha filhote. Achei um tratamento distante, onde ele se preocupou mais em ensinar seus 6 estagiários na sala (que por sinal deram uma aula de como não ser profissional) do que confortar e explicar pra gente o que a filhote passava. Fizemos exames laboratoriais 2x na filhote a pedido dele (na segunda vez nem se deu ao trabalho de nos falar o nome do exame, só mandou pro laboratório). Pra depois de muito stress, não ser nada. Não recomendo o profissional.
I'm surprised when I read the reviews here and compare it to the care for my puppy. I thought it was a distant treatment, where he was more concerned with teaching his 6 interns in the room (who by the way gave a class on how not to be professional) than comforting and explaining to us what the puppy was going through. We did laboratory tests twice on the puppy at his request (the second time he didn't even bother to tell us the name of the test, he just sent it to the laboratory). For after a lot of stress, to be nothing. I do not recommend the professional.
