Agradeço a plantonista Giovanna que nos recepcionou com atenção e acolhimento, mas infelizmente senti carência de informações e do acolhimento no dia seguinte, fiquei completamente desnorteada e com medo. Pelo valor pago realmente esperava outro atendimento. Mas o que importa é que o gatinho sobreviveu, está muito bem, está fazendo parte da nossa família, e estou muito grata por isso ?
 I had to hospitalize a small, skinny kitten that was in a very bad condition. I thank the on-call doctor Giovanna who welcomed us with attention and welcome, but unfortunately I felt a lack of information and the following day, I was completely bewildered and afraid. For the price paid, I really expected another service. But what matters is that the kitten survived, it's doing great, it's becoming part of our family, and I'm very grateful for that ?

O atendimento é ótimo, os profissionais Priscila, Edoardo e sua equipe são muito competentes, eles colocam amor no que faz e a gente consegue sentir isso. Eu e meu esposo moramos em Arujá SP, levamos nosso cachorro que precisava fazer uma cirurgia urgente, pois havia quebrado a patinha, e eles realizaram um trabalho incrível, hoje nosso cãozinho está super saudável, e nem parece que fez cirúrgia, está andando normal e super bem. Nós recomendamos a clínica sem sombras de dúvida.
The clinic is great, super complete, has all the necessary equipment for care, hospitalization, surgeries. The service is great, the professionals Priscila, Edoardo and their team are very competent, they put love into what they do and we can feel it. My husband and I live in Arujá SP, we took our dog who needed to have an urgent surgery, because he had broken his paw, and they did an amazing job, today our puppy is super healthy, and it doesn't even look like he had surgery, he's walking normal and very well. We recommend the clinic without a shadow of a doubt.
