★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adorei todas as experiências que tive na Clinica referente ao atendimento do meu gatinho; pra mim é como se fosse meu filho e lá eu sentir todo o carinho que uma mãe gostaria de ter quando tem um filho... Dr Carlos e espetacular, somo fã do atendimento dele, e da ultima vez fomos atendidos pela Dr Sofia que tbm foi bastante atenciosa! Todos amigos e parentes eu recomendei e todos gostaram de lá! Satisfação de todos! - Acho só que as recepcionistas poderiam ser mais simpáticas ! No mais super recomendo.
 I loved all the experiences I had at the Clinic regarding the care of my kitten; for me it's like my son and there I feel all the affection that a mother would like when she has a child ... Dr Carlos is spectacular, we are a fan of his care, and last time we were attended by Dr Sofia who also was quite helpful! All friends and relatives I recommended and everyone liked it there! Everyone's satisfaction! - I just think the receptionists could be nicer! In the most super recommend.

As informações são confusas, tanto com relação ao tratamento do pet quanto aos custos e orçamentos do serviço. Se querem um ambiente de cuidado, transparência, profissionalismo e carinho para o seu pet, não procure esse hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita extorsão e pouco serviço. Esse hospital pode ser resumido a isso. Cheguei com um gato que havia sofrido um acidente doméstico para receber atendimento e desde o momento em que entrei no hospital só sabiam me falar de dinheiro e dos preços (altos) de cada procedimento.
Meu gato ficou internado para observação, estava com a pata fraturada e nem se deram o trabalho de imobilizar a pata do animal de imediato. Me empurraram diversos exames caríssimos antes da internação e no dia seguinte quando me ligaram pra supostamente dar notícia do animal já voltaram a falar de valores e mais valores novamente. Só me deram notícia do meu gato porque eu perguntei antes de encerrar a ligação. Tentaram me empurrar duas cirurgias caríssimas, sendo que 1 delas o próprio médico ortopedista me informou no consultório que, apesar de ser o tratamento ideal, meu animal conseguiria se recuperar da fratura na pata com a imobilização (que fizeram somente no dia seguinte quando fui buscá-lo).
Por fim, saí de lá com meu animal somente medicado, com uma faixa ridícula de imobilização na pata e isso me custou mais de 900 reais, sendo 600 reais somente em raio X. Não tem a menor condição essa cobrança abusiva de preço por um atendimento completamente insatisfatório. Mais de 900 reais para não fazerem nada além de medicar o animal e colocar uma faixa na pata. Têm noção disso?
Tudo o que importa pra esse hospital é arrancar o máximo de dinheiro dos donos de animais. E se aproveitaram do meu momento de fragilidade com meu gato machucado pra fazerem isso. Afinal, obviamente eu pagaria tudo o que tivesse ao meu alcance pra ele ficar bem.
Felizmente consegui fazer os procedimentos necessários em outra clínica com preços muito mais acessíveis e atendimento muito mais focado no animal do que nos preços que vão extorquir dos donos. Meu gato está recuperado, saudável e pronto pra outra, mas nunca mais boto os meus pés nesse Vether e recomendo que fujam desse lugar.
(Provavelmente algum funcionário pago pra isso vai responder essa avaliação dizendo que "os procedimentos são caros mesmo", lamentando a impressão e bla bla bla)
Too much extortion and too little service. This hospital can be reduced to that. I arrived with a cat that had suffered a domestic accident to receive care and from the moment I entered the hospital they only knew how to talk to me about money and the (high) prices of each procedure.
My cat was hospitalized for observation, it had a fractured paw and they didn't even bother to immobilize the animal's paw immediately. They pushed me through several very expensive tests before hospitalization and the next day, when they called me to supposedly report the animal, they started talking about values and more values again. They only told me about my cat because I asked before ending the call. They tried to push me out of two very expensive surgeries, one of which the orthopedic doctor himself informed me in the office that, despite being the ideal treatment, my animal would be able to recover from the leg fracture with immobilization (which they did only the following day when I went to pick up it).
Finally, I left there with my animal only medicated, with a ridiculous band of immobilization on the paw and it cost me more than 900 reais, 600 reais only in X-rays. completely unsatisfactory. More than 900 reais to do nothing but medicate the animal and put a bandage on its paw. Are you aware of this?
All that matters to this hospital is getting as much money out of pet owners as possible. And they took advantage of my fragile moment with my injured cat to do that. After all, obviously I would pay whatever I could for him to be okay.
Fortunately, I managed to do the necessary procedures at another clinic with much more affordable prices and care that is much more focused on the animal than on the prices they will exact from the owners. My cat is recovered, healthy and ready for another one, but I never set foot in this Vether again and I recommend that they flee this place.
(Probably some employee paid for this will respond to this assessment saying that "the procedures are really expensive", regretting the impression and bla bla bla)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 12 de março de 2022, levamos nosso Schnauzer Raul para um procedimento de eutanásia, infelizmente. Tal procedimento foi realizado pelo Dr. Alberto, muito competente, acolhedor, humano e que enxergou tal situação não como "dinheiro", mas sim como "valor". Tanto para nosso anjo quanto para nós, sua postura
clara e tranquila foram reconfortantes. Raul não foi apenas uma "cobaia", como em outros lugares que o queriam usar para tratamentos "paliativos", mas sim seu gravíssimo quadro foi visto com objetividade e humanidade pelo Dr. Alberto. Obrigafa! Foi de grande alento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível! Não levem seus Pets lá.. mesmo tendo tantos anos ( 2015 ) eu não esqueci o q fizeram na época. Deixaram de atender o nosso Pet em um caso de urgência, pois queriam receber primeiro. Obs: Nós já éramos clientes antigos lá e não havia o motivo de tal desconfiança na época. Atribuo o falecimento do nosso Pet até hoje a essa clínica.
The worst possible! Don't take your Pets there.. even though I'm so many years old (2015) I haven't forgotten what they did at the time. They stopped attending to our Pet in an emergency case, because they wanted to receive it first. Note: We were already old customers there and there was no reason for such distrust at the time. I attribute the death of our Pet until today to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Eu só fui porque era o ÚNICO lugar que tinha o aparelho de raio x que precisava com urgência no momento!
Meu cachorro de 5 meses caiu do sofá e fraturou a patinha! Levei correndo para este local e colocaram uma tala extremamente apertada que inchou a patinha dele! Tivemos que voltar para refazer a tala e é claro, cobraram novamente! Essa nova ta ficou tão frouxa que saiu na minha mão no dia seguinte! Enfim, durante 1 semana foi necessário trocar a tala 4 vezes e uma fratura “simples” que ele estava, acabou se tornando algo muito mais grave a ponto de termos que fazer cirurgia!
Levei meu cachorro em um ortopedista em outra clínica e além dele colocar a tala e meu cachorro não ter reclamado de dor pra colocar, ele identificou que a fratura intensificou e precisaria de cirurgia!
Se a tala que a veterinária tivesse sido feita de forma eficaz, ela não teria descido e feito meu cachorro pisar de mal jeito agravando a fratura! Além das várias trocas de talas ao longo do processo!
Não recomendo a clínica para NINGUÉM! Se não sabem fazer um tala direito, então fale, não faça p cachorro ficar em sofrimento para um serviço de pessoas incompetentes!
Agora uma fratura que poderia ter sido resolvida en 3 semanas com apenas uma tala, vai ter que ser resolvida com cirurgia!
A minha vontade era processar essa clínica mas não vou nem me dar ao trabalho porque a quantidade de comentários absurdos que tem aqui já responde por si só!
Espero que chegue o momento de falirem e não estarem mais abertos para atender nenhum animalzinho e fazê-los passar por tanta dor!

Bad experience! I only went because it was the ONLY place that had the x-ray machine I urgently needed at the moment!
My 5 month old dog fell off the couch and broke his paw! I took him running to this place and they put an extremely tight splint that swelled his paw! We had to go back to redo the splint and of course, they charged again! This new ta was so loose that it came off in my hand the next day! Anyway, during 1 week it was necessary to change the splint 4 times and a “simple” fracture that he was, ended up becoming something much more serious to the point of having to have surgery!
I took my dog to an orthopedist at another clinic and in addition to him putting the splint and my dog not having complained of pain to put it on, he identified that the fracture intensified and would need surgery!
If the splint that the vet had been made effectively, it wouldn't have come down and made my dog step badly, aggravating the fracture! In addition to the various splint changes throughout the process!
I do not recommend the clinic to ANYONE! If you don't know how to do a splint right, then speak up, don't make the dog suffer for a service of incompetent people!
Now a fracture that could have been resolved in 3 weeks with just a splint will have to be resolved with surgery!
I wanted to sue this clinic but I won't even bother because the amount of absurd comments you have here already answers for itself!
I hope the time comes for them to go bankrupt and no longer be open to caring for any little animals and making them go through so much pain!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE LOVE FOR YOUR PET!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando procuramos um pronto atendimento para um animal, esperamos que ele seja atendido com profissionalismo, competência e respeito. Nada disso se encontra na Vether.
Antes de ao menos tirar o animal da casinha para avaliar, já querem saber do dinheiro. Preocupam-se mais com o cartão do cliente do que com o animal. E mesmo com uma média de preço alta, a qualidade do serviço prestado é péssima. Em nenhuma outra clínica passei por isso ao precisar de atendimento de urgência para um animal meu.
Estou completamente insatisfeita com o atendimento que meu gato recebeu. Foi tanta lambança que nem cabe neste comentário. Os pontos dados no corte que ele sofreu estavam tão mal feitos que ele mal chegou em casa começou a sangrar de novo. Levamos de volta e a veterinária queria cobrar outra consulta para dar o ponto que ela mesma disse que ficou faltando, isso sem nem olhar direito o sangramento. Quando eu disse que não ia pagar o remendo, pois se o serviço tivesse sido bem feito isso não teria acontecido, ela veio com uma conversa de que não precisa de outro ponto. Em um dos retornos, a outra profissional quis aproveitar a faixa que estava no curativo que fizemos em casa, para não gastar da clínica, sendo que pagamos o curativo extra, porque até para passar um soro e enrolar uma faixa você já tem que mostrar o cartão. Isso depois de gastarmos mais de 1000 reais e de os curativos que fizemos em casa terem ficado melhores do que os feitos pelos ditos profissionais da clínica. Ah, e mesmo com a faixa encharcada de sangue, ela teve a cara de pau de falar que não estava sangrando.
Por fim, se querem que seu animal seja atendido com respeito e competência, passem longe da Vether.

When I said I wasn't going to pay for the patch, because if the service had been done well this wouldn't have happened, she came up with a conversation that she doesn't need another point. In one of the returns, the other professional wanted to use the bandage that was in the bandage we made at home, so as not to spend it at the clinic, and we paid for the extra bandage, because even to apply a serum and wrap a bandage you already have to show the card. This after spending more than 1000 reais and the dressings we made at home were better than those made by the so-called professionals at the clinic. Oh, and even with the blood-soaked sash, she had the nerve to say she wasn't bleeding.
Finally, if you want your animal to be treated with respect and competence, stay away from Vether.
