★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra, para presente, em 19/08, no msm dia veio a nota e um e-mail informando q o pedido estava separado. Qnd comprei no site falava q a entrega levaria 7 dias para acontecer. No dia 26/08 nada de entrega. Mandei e-mail e atendente Yasmim informou q postaram naquele dia. Ou seja, 7 dias so para despacharem o pedido. Hj, ainda sem receber o pedido que inclusive ja passou a data de eu entregar o presente, mandei outro e-mail para a Yasmim pois quero cancelar. Fui informada q não posso cancelar a compra e que eu tenho q entrar em contato com o correio para saber da minha compra... Gente, vcs ja ouviram falar em Direito do Consumidor??? Que palhaçada é essa? Não entregam no prazo, não cancelam a compra, e eu agora tenho q ficar indo atras do produto q comprei de vcs e q vcs nao fazem ideia de onde esteja. Que mundo vcs vivem?
I made a gift purchase on 19/08, on the same day the note came and an email informing me that the order was separate. Qnd I bought on the site said the delivery would take 7 days to happen. On the 26/08 no delivery. I sent an email and the attendant Yasmim informed that they posted that day. In other words, only 7 days to ship the order. Today, still without receiving the order, which has already passed the date for me to deliver the gift, I sent another email to Yasmim because I want to cancel. I was informed that I cannot cancel the purchase and that I have to contact the post office to find out about my purchase... Guys, have you ever heard of Consumer Law??? What stupidity is that? They don't deliver on time, they don't cancel the purchase, and now I have to go after the product I bought from you and you have no idea where it is. What world do you live in?
