★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo iniciar minha experiência, desde 18/03 solicitei instalação e até hoje não fui atendido. Foi um técnico no local, alegou não poder instalar a internet, pois tinha que abrir um "PROJETO" e até hoje não voltou... isso pq ele disse que levaria apenas dois dias . Segue meus chamados (OPA2021627, OPA2021908, OPA20212692). Não recomendo, péssimo atendimento, estou reclamando do atendimento desrespeitoso, pq nem o serviço eu consegui usar ainda de tão ruim que é.... Hoje abri uma queixa no PROCON e no RECLAME AQUI. Impossível piorar, então vamos ver se melhora....

He was a technician on the spot, he claimed he could not install the internet, because he had to open a "PROJECT" and until today he has not returned ... that is because he said it would only take two days. Follow my calls (OPA2021627, OPA2021908, OPA20212692). I do not recommend, terrible service, I am complaining about the disrespectful service, because even the service I managed to use is still so bad that it is .... Today I filed a complaint at PROCON and the COMPLAINT HERE. Impossible to get worse, so let's see if it gets better ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha internet mesmo Fibra Ótica oscila demais com parâmetros muito fora do contratado de 160Mbps chegando às vezes 250Kbps. Sempre envio e-mails reclamando! Mas como não há outra melhor para a região é necessário permanecer com a mesma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim que sou de SP e atualmente resido aq em Itaipava. Fazem 3 anos. Me apaixono pelo lugar e por esta foto. Esse trapiche é apenas uma parede. Mas tem uma linda história. Não canso de olhar tds às vezes que passo de ônibus. E exorbitante esse lugar.
For me, I'm from SP and currently I live here in Itaipava. It's been 3 years. I fall in love with the place and with this photo. This warehouse is just a wall. But it has a beautiful story. I don't get tired of looking at tds sometimes I pass by bus. This place is exorbitant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho tentando solicitar a instalação de Internet com a empresa a cerca de 15 dias, enviei meus documentos pessoais e o contrato de locação do imóvel, no primeiro momento queriam me cobrar R$ 400,00 pelo serviço, sem roteador. Informei que no site estava anunciado instalação gratuita. Em fim resolveram marcar... perto do dia fizeram contato novamente dizendo que o contrato de locação era de 2021, Informei que a renovação foi de forma tácita, que poderiam verificar com proprietário, mais uma vez dificultaram e me pediram R$ 400,00 se eu desejasse contratar. Me causa estranheza tais postura dessa empresa, favor verificar o ocorrido.

In the end they decided to make an appointment... close to the day they made contact again saying that the lease was for 2021, I informed that the renovation was tacit, that they could check with the owner, once again they made it difficult and asked me for R$ 400.00 if I wanted to hire.
