Atendentes super atenciosos e procuram resolver nossos problemas o mais rápido possível,sem contar os técnicos que são pro-ativos e mesmo na dúvida,fazem o melhor pra não terem reclamações futuras. Estão de parabens! Continuem assim que vcs irão longe.
Best internet I've ever had, after falcon, I never had problems with the internet. Super attentive attendants and try to solve our problems as quickly as possible, not to mention the technicians who are proactive and even in doubt, do their best not to have future complaints. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Internet é boa porém se algo acontecer com aconteceu comigo por 2 meses consecutivo, de manda a fatura atrasada e ainda por cima cortarem a minha Internet por um erro deles , foi um custo para arrumar.
The Internet is good but if something happens to me for 2 consecutive months, they send the invoice late and on top of that they cut my Internet because of their mistake, it was a cost to fix.

Pelo que está como regra Anatel são 15 dias para o primeiro bloqueio. Não se preocupem Falcon, já estou procurando um novo provedor de internet. Péssimo atendimento. Data de hoje 15/03/2022.
I am a Falcon customer and this month I delayed the payment for 5 days and they blocked the internet. I made the payment but they just didn't get back to me. According to Anatel's rule, there are 15 days for the first block. Don't worry Falcon, I'm already looking for a new internet provider. Terrible attendance. Today's date 03/15/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de qualidade!! o técnico Mauro veio em minha residência e além de resolver meu problema, fez um excelente trabalho, quando ele chegou os meus fios e o roteador se encontrava no chão com excesso de fios deixado pelo atendimento anterior, ele cortou deixou tudo harmônico e sem nenhum "bolo" deixando apenas o tamanho de fio necessário, tirando o roteador do chão !!
Por mais funcionários assim !!
Deixa aqui o meu agradecimento pelo excelente atendimento e serviço prestado !
