★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo o serviço prestado, adquiri os pneus no Carrefour Sônia Maria e levei para a instalação na Via Total Pneus, vez que a troca (montagem/alinhamento) fique por conta da empresa se os pneus forem comprados no hipermercado, uma espécie de "facilidade" ao consumidor, sobretudo, em razão de a oficina ficar no estacionamento do Carrefour. A intenção é boa, sem dúvida, mas a experiência nem tanto, asseguro. Levei o carro após revisão feita por mecânico de confiança, só restavam os pneus, todavia, o time da Via Total Pneus encontrou uma enormidade de problemas no veículo, não sem oferecer prestimosas e caríssimas soluções. Logicamente eu estava preparado para que a troca não fosse totalmente gratuita, sempre há que se balancear, trocar as válvulas.. mas realmente se superaram na falta de lisura/transparência.. Detalhe, eu estava em oitavo na fila para o serviço e todos - absolutamente todos os consumidores que me antecederam eram chamados pela equipe de mecânicos, pois seus veículos apresentavam inúmeros problemas, de toda ordem possível e aplicável, não bastava somente trocar os pneus, balancear e alinhar, sempre havia um serviço mais por fazer e outro e outro.. Infelizmente não inspiram confiança, preferível levar o carro em outro local para a troca dos pneus. Realmente não recomendo!
I do not recommend the service provided, I purchased the tires at Carrefour Sônia Maria and took them to be installed at Via Total Pneus, since the exchange (assembly/alignment) is up to the company if the tires are purchased at the hypermarket, a kind of "facility " to the consumer, above all, because the workshop is in the Carrefour parking lot. The intention is certainly good, but the experience is not so much, I assure you. I took the car after an overhaul made by a trusted mechanic, only the tires remained, however, the Via Total Pneus team found a huge number of problems in the vehicle, not without offering helpful and very expensive solutions. Of course I was prepared for the exchange not to be totally free, you always have to balance yourself, change the valves... but they really excelled in the lack of smoothness/transparency. Detail, I was eighth in line for the service and all - absolutely all consumers before me were called by the mechanics team, because their vehicles had numerous problems, of every possible and applicable order, it was not enough just to change the tires, balance and align, there was always one more job to do and another and another .. Unfortunately they do not inspire confidence, preferable to take the car elsewhere to change the tires. I really don't recommend it!

Fui informado por telefone que até as 17:30 poderia ser feito a troca dos pneus.
Cheguei na loja as 17:28. E com muito custo aceitaram trocar os pneus. Perguntei se poderiam montar e fazer o rodízio.
Um dos mecânicos gritou comigo e falou que não ia fazer!
Que já tinha dado hora e precisava ir embora. Fiquei revoltado e desisti da troca.
Mas o que me deixou mais decepcionado foi que passei na frente da loja 15 min depois as 17:45 e estavam todos sentados e dando risada, inclusive o gerente.
Me pergunto porque tanta má vontade em me atender?
Good afternoon. I would like to thank the service I received from the Sorocaba store at carrefour Sonia Maria.
I was informed by phone that until 17:30 the tires could be changed.
I arrived at the store at 5:28 pm. And with great cost they agreed to change the tires. I asked if they could assemble and rotate.
One of the mechanics yelled at me and said he wouldn't do it!
That it was time and I needed to leave. I was disgusted and gave up on the exchange.
But what made me most disappointed was that I walked by the store 15 minutes later at 5:45 pm and everyone was sitting and laughing, including the manager.
I wonder why so unwilling to assist me?

Nice and fair place for the price, very good service and even advantages for those who buy tires at Carrefour or when changing oil, I recommend it!

E feliz pela Via Total Pneus ter sempre a responsabilidade de passar o melhor para os funcionários e clientes sempre satisfeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 pneus no Carrefour fui pra fazer a instalação resultado 1000 em gastos pois mecanico e gerente ao levantar o carro ja começa a achar o defeito afimando q se não fazer não faz o alinhamento e perderei os pneus a menos de 1 ano ja tinhana mesma oficina feito reparo com eles na suspensão mas hoje tinha defeito denovo um absudo acabei fazendo pq não deram outra opção se não ia sair com o carro desalinhado. Fico revoltado
