Mas faço questão de deixar minha contribuição: é uma empresa que deixa claro que o cliente não vale absolutamente nada, despreocupada com a segurança e bem estar dos pagantes. Merecia um prêmio de pior atendimento. (Isso se arrasta por muitos anos, não será agora que mudará)
I always use Novo Horizonte, because the options are scarce. But I make a point of leaving my contribution: it is a company that makes it clear that the customer is worth absolutely nothing, unconcerned with the safety and well being of the payers. It deserved an award for worst service. (This has been going on for many years, it won't be now that it will change)
