Negativo: ônibus balança muito, pula muito, poltronas desconfortáveis não permite relaxar e descansar, não tem água mineral individual, não tem filme para entreter os passageiros, para muito, viagem mais demorada que a concorrência...
Positive: New bus, clean bathroom, affordable price, air conditioning freezes well and looks purified.
Negative: buses rock a lot, jump a lot, uncomfortable seats do not allow you to relax and rest, there is no individual mineral water, no film to entertain passengers, for a long time, a journey takes longer than the competition...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não gostei comprei uma passagem de ida e volta e ia retirar o bilhete no balcão as 6:00 com destino a castanhal chego lá nao tem ninguém fiquei esperando até 7:30 e nada de aparecer nao sei porque vende passagem on-line se nao aparece funcionário ,não avisa,nao aparece o ônibus ,não deixa aviso aonde vende bilhete será que o funcionário ganha sem trabalhar ,peguei outro ônibus me atrasei com meu compromisso é nao tive nem uma explicação sobre o ocorrido vender passagem receber e fácil mais na hora de avisar demora .agora só tou esperando a devolução do meu dinheiro que nao viajei e claro que vão me enrolar falando vários motivo mais vamos ver
I didn't like my experience, I bought a round-trip ticket and I was going to pick up the ticket at the counter at 6:00 am, I got there, there was no one, I was waiting until 7:30 am and nothing showed up I don't know why they sell tickets online if employee doesn't show up, doesn't warn, bus doesn't show up, doesn't leave notice where ticket sells will the employee earn without working, I took another bus I was late with my appointment and I didn't even have an explanation about what happened selling ticket receiving and easier more at time to warn delay .now I'm just waiting for my money back that I didn't travel and of course they're going to roll me over saying several reasons but we'll see

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viagem Paragominas / Belém saiu com uma hora de atraso, o ônibus tinha uma peça meio solta dentro do carro (nada mecânico) que toda trepidação fazia barulho e acordava a gente de madrugada. Esqueci minha chave dentro do ônibus e além da dificuldade de conseguir o telefone da viação em Belém, fui tratado com total descaso desligando o telefone na minha cara, tive que ligar de novo para explicar de novo o que tinha acontecido, me pediram para entrar em contato via whatsapp e me deixaram no vácuo. Atraso, desconforto e atendimento horrível
