★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 17/05/2019 o motorista do veículo 200.113 ficou trancando a rua de acesso ao metrô sem ter ninguém na frente dele, isso é um abuso, falta de respeito com os outros motoristas e passageiros de outros veículos. Fui até o despachante e relatei minha reclamação.
 On 05/17/2019 the driver of the 200,113 vehicle locked the subway access street without anyone in front of him, this is an abuse, disrespect for other drivers and passengers of other vehicles. I went to the dispatcher and reported my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!! Os ônibus da linha Santa Rita X Metrô demoram demais, já cheguei a ficar 50 minutos esperando!! Ao que aparenta só tem um ônibus fazendo essa linha porque eu vejo o ônibus passando sentido Pavuna e posso contar os minutos que ele vai passar sentido Nova Iguaçu!!
Poor service !! Buses on the Santa Rita X Metrô line take too long, I've been waiting for 50 minutes !! Apparently there is only one bus doing this line because I see the bus passing towards Pavuna and I can count the minutes that it will pass towards Nova Iguaçu !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergonha total!!!! diariamente fico em média 1 hora esperando ônibus da linha 523 roncalli x Central!!!! Todos os ônibus sucatiados. Quando o ar condicionado funciona, vaza água pra todo lado....infelizmente não tenho outra opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes já era ruim a linha E/F por só ter ônibus de meia em meia hora dia de semana, agora o intervalo aumentou pra de hora em hora??? Não tenho condições de ficar andando de Uber o tempo todo, vou fazer um negócio rápido no centro e gasto mais tempo esperando o ônibus que outra coisa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico indignado, todos os dias viajo nesta empresa, horário de saída do ponto: 04:30hs carro 132, porém o motorista só encosta o carro no ponto, 04:30hs, como a fila está grande até ele sair do ponto, já é sempre 04:34 ou 35, sempre saindo depois do horário!! Com isso, algumas pessoas acabam pegando a van!! Outro detalhe, e que o carro por lei só pode viajar sentados, e o motorista vai bem de vagar para lotar o carro, e vai bem lotado, esquecendo que estamos numa pandemia e que isso não poderia acontecer!! Fica a minha indignação, gostaria que alguém olhassem muito isso!! Pois já liguei algumas vezes e não adiantou!!

A tarde sai um 17: 30hs ,18:30hs e por aí vai
Coloque mais carro nesta linha.
Somos trabalhadores.
E domingo e feriado, o primeiro ônibus sai de itaipu as 05;00hs ,cadê o de 04;30hs.
Porque é o seguinte a são José muda o horário dos carros ,porém os trabalhadores estão no mesmo horário.
Tem gente perdendo o emprego ,
