We have been clients for a few years, and we live in the United States. Viamax is a great partner that helps us manage our properties in Brazil (which are rented). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência após alugar um apartamento com esta Imobiliaria. Muitos problemas na rescisão, dificuldades na comunicação (não atendiam o telefone), demora no agendamento da vistoria e entrega de chaves (acabei tendo que pagar dias a mais de aluguel).
I didn't have a good experience after renting an apartment with this property. Many problems in termination, difficulties in communication (they did not answer the phone), delay in scheduling the inspection and handing over keys (I ended up having to pay extra days of rent).
