★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a loja para saber o preço de amortecedores. Falei com Cláudio e passei o modelo, a marca e o ano do automóvel. Já tinha ligado para 20 lugares e comentei que o preço estava bem abaixo da concorrência. Chegando a loja o vendedor estava almoçando e fui informado que não era aquele preço informado pelo telefone. O responsável pela loja disse que ia me dar um desconto e o valor era mais caro que do concorrente ao lado. Disse que eles teriam que honrar o valor passado pelo telefone, pois foi um erro deles. A pessoa falou que não iria fazer e que errar é humano. Disse que iria reclamar pela internet e ele não se importou, dizendo em tom de ironia para eu ficar a vontade. Péssima experiência.
I called the store to find out the price of shock absorbers. I spoke with Cláudio and spent the model, the make and the year of the car. I had already called 20 places and commented that the price was well below the competition. Arriving at the store the seller was having lunch and I was informed that it was not that price informed by phone. The store manager said he was going to give me a discount and the price was more expensive than the competitor next door. He said that they would have to honor the amount passed over the phone, as it was their mistake. The person said he wouldn't do it and that making mistakes is human. He said he would complain over the internet and he didn't care, saying in a tone of irony that I should feel free. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei,me disseram que tinham a peça que eu precisava,quando fui ao local me informaram que o valor informado por telefone era de outra peça,que a minha só teria uma outra que custava quase 2x o valor da outra.
