Não atendem o telefone e o agendamento no site não funciona. O que fazer? Preciso com urgência os meus documentos e preciso agendar para pegar. Atendimento muito difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente é dificil conseguir fazer marcação ou conseguir uma informação por telefone, no entanto entendo que é devido ao grande fluxo e a uma recente "organização" pelo Min. Negocios Estrangeiros. vi nos comentarios que gritam com os brasileiros (declaração Xenofobica),o que confesso que nunca presenciei algo assim, antes pelo contrario, sempre foram cordiais e prontos a ajudar. Essa pessoa que postou esse comentario, nunca foi atendida no consulado brasileiro em lisboa....
It is really difficult to make an appointment or get information over the phone, however I understand that it is due to the large flow and a recent "organization" by Min. Negocios Estrangeiros. I saw in the comments that they scream at Brazilians (Xenophobic statement), which I confess that I have never witnessed something like this, on the contrary, they were always friendly and ready to help. This person who posted this comment was never seen at the Brazilian consulate in lisbon....

Eles são incomunicáveis!!

Acredito ser difícil fazer atendimento telefônico num organismo dessa natureza mas poderiam dispor de mensagens gravadas que encaminhassem os assuntos e já prestassem algumas informações básicas como, por exemplo, algo tão simples como informar que os pedidos de cartoes de cidadão devem ser pré agendados a partir do site das comunidades portuguesas e que o agendamento "abre" no primeiro dia após dia 15 de cada mês para agendamentos do mês após o seguinte...
