Contudo, hoje eu fiquei esperando o motoboy realizar a entrega dos meus medicamentos (solicitados ontem) e eles me disseram que umas 16h da tarde ele estaria aqui. Já são 21 horas da noite, eu estou presa em casa o dia inteiro atrasando todos os meus compromissos porque o rapaz não chega, o pessoal da farmácia não atende mais o telefone, e sequer me respondem no whatsapp. Decepcionante, um total descaso. E ainda por cima eu estou (ou estava tentando né) comprando uma quantidade razoável de medicamentos, e fazendo uma compra num valor bem significativo. É inacreditável uma coisa dessas. Perderam uma cliente.
The first time I found the antediment very efficient. However, today I was waiting for the motoboy to deliver my medicines (ordered yesterday) and they told me that around 4 pm he would be here. It's already 9 pm, I'm stuck at home all day delaying all my appointments because the boy doesn't arrive, the pharmacy people don't answer the phone anymore, and they don't even answer me on whatsapp. Disappointing, total neglect. And on top of that I am (or was trying, right) buying a reasonable amount of medication, and making a purchase at a very significant amount. Such a thing is unbelievable. They lost a client.

Paguei pela manipulação de uma fórmula que eu já havia comprado outras vezes, contudo, nessa oportunidade, o produto chegou com aspecto de leite talhado. Fiz uma reclamação, a loja trocou o produto, porém, veio outro com o mesmo problema. A loja acabou perdendo a credibilidade, infelizmente.
Extremely disappointed with Vicofarma. I paid for handling a formula that I had already bought other times, however, on that occasion, the product arrived with a cut-out milk aspect. I made a complaint, the store exchanged the product, however, another one came with the same problem. Unfortunately, the store lost its credibility.
