Sou formada e tenho pós na área, nesse sentido, dos que já frequentei, é o que mais se preocupa em mostrar ao cliente sobre a rastreabilidade de suas amostras e os melhores na questão da organização sobre entrega, prazos, resultados, acessibilidade e transparência. Não tenho nenhum vínculo à empresa, estou aqui puramente para avaliar como consumidora e conhecedora da área ajudando as demais pessoas.
Due to the huge queues I give 4 stars. However, in Viçosa, it is the most organized laboratory on Quality Management issues that I have ever been able to observe. I am a graduate and have postgraduate degrees in the area, in this sense, of those I have already attended, it is the one that is most concerned with showing the client about the traceability of their samples and the best in the matter of the organization about delivery, deadlines, results, accessibility and transparency. I have no ties to the company, I am here purely to evaluate myself as a consumer and knowledgeable in the area helping other people.
