Atendente pensa que está fazendo um enorme favor.
Burocracia imensa pra marcar uma tomografia. Falta de organização enorme!
Precisa dar uma atualizada no quadro de funcionários da recepção, ou fazer uma reciclagem de como atender um cliente.
Se pudesse por zero estrela, poria.
Worst possible experience!
The clerk thinks he's doing him a huge favor.
Huge bureaucracy to schedule a tomography. Huge lack of organization!
You need to update the reception staff, or retrain how to serve a customer.
If I could have zero stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um Exame pra fazer na sexta ( exame que só marca se for pessoalmente ) lá na recepção uma atendente me falou uma coisa , depois no dia do exame me falaram outra , resumindo não consegui fazer o exame , perdi dois dias e dinheiro com Uber por causa de uma irresponsabilidade deles . Não recomendo .
There was an exam to take on Friday ( exam that can only be scheduled if it is done in person ) at the reception an attendant told me one thing , then on the day of the exam they told me something else , in short I could not take the exam , I lost two days and money with Uber for cause of their irresponsibility. I do not recommend .
