Não tiveram cuidado com minha mudança, quebraram o pé do meu micro-ondas novinho e várias taças e copos durante o transporte, ainda tive que ouvir que tiveram cuidado e provavelmente não foi embalado corretamente, isso pq eu mesma embalei com o maior cuidado em caixas com plástico bolha!!!
Quando entrei em contato com a empresa, fizeram o maior pouco caso e nem me retornaram a respeito do ressarcimento, estou aguardando um retorno até agora e nada!!!!

They were not careful with my move, they broke my brand new microwave foot and several cups and glasses during transport, yet I had to hear that they were careful and probably not packed properly, because I myself packed the boxes carefully. with bubble wrap !!!
When I contacted the company, they made the smallest case and did not even return me regarding the compensation, I am waiting for a return so far and nothing !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 20/12/19, estive no endereço físico da empresa e solicitei um orçamento, o qual foi respondido prontamente via WhatsApp apenas como valor do serviço, sem discriminar o que seria realizado, tampouco se a data que solicitei estava disponível pela empresa.

Em 27/12/19, compareci novamente na empresa a fim de obter o orçamento impresso, posto que até então não foi enviado e, para minha surpresa nem a funcionária, nem o proprietário encontraram o orçamento, sob a alegação de que achavam que estava com outra funcionária, para "aprovação" (seja lá o que isso signifique).
Informaram ainda que que não sabiam se a data em que eu pretendia mudar estava disponível, mesmo eu tendo proposto um intervalo de dias possíveis.

Resumo da ópera:
Se a desorganização já começa ANTES da contratação do serviço de mudança, que por si só já é desgastante, é possível prever o que ocorrerá DEPOIS.
Portanto, por experiência, NÃO RECOMENDO a aludida empresa para o serviço de mudanças na região, cabendo aos interessados observar os comentários em que o resultado não foi bom e tirarem as conclusões óbvias.

If the clutter starts already BEFORE hiring the moving service, which in itself is exhausting, you can predict what will happen AFTER.
Therefore, from experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the aforementioned company for the moving service in the region, but it is up to those interested to observe the comments where the result was not good and to draw the obvious conclusions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre o que promete, cobrou e não fez o serviço, pedimos reembolso e a atendente disse que devolveria o dinheiro do bolso dela, mas como assim? a empresa não se responsabiliza pelo que promete e nao cumpre? e claro que a atendente não fez devolução nenhuma e não respondem. Deixaram 2 pessoas de idade sem montagem dos moveis o quais disseram que fazia e no dia sumiram, sem retorno e o montador claro se quer teve a boa vontade de fazer contato com a empresa. CUIDADO COM PROMESSAS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado ao contratar o serviço, a empresa prometeu realizar a montagem de alguns produtos nossos e chegou no dia o montador disse que não foi informado e não poderia montar, ligamos para a responsavel que disse que o gerente entraria em contato com o mesmo e até hoje nada, mudamos a 10 dias e ficamos sem a montagem, tivemos que pagar outra pessoa sendo que foi feita a cobrança por parte da empresa. tentamos contato para que fosse devolvido o valor das montagem e depois disso ninguém mais responde.

Presado proprietário, o seu comentário relatando que queremos denegrir a sua imagem é engraçado, não temos essa finalidade afinal foi relatado o acontecido e meses depois fizeram o reembolso de 200,00. O que não pagou os montadores mas tudo bem, pode nunca ter tido um caso, ops, nunca não né afinal o nosso aconteceu e ficou toda conversa salva e fora a dor de cabeça.
Continuo não indicando o serviço de vocês pois poderia ter tido a humildade de reconhecer o erro e não tentar acusar nos de querer denegrir sua imagem, é uma pena responder uma avaliação fazendo uma acusação. Obrigado.
