★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do atendimento ser bom e qualificado, me senti enganado, pois liguei para fazer um orçamento de castração para minha cachorrinha e a atendente me informou que para dar o orçamento precisaria ver o animal para avaliar e pesar. Levei a cachorrinha para fazer o orçamento da castração e chegando lá depois de examinar e informarem o orçamento, me cobraram 100,00 pela avaliação, apesar de só ter pedido o orçamento da castração. O orçamento ficou mais do que o dobro de outra clínica, o que não posso questionar, cada um faz seu preço, mas porque me fazer ir lá sem me avisar que cobravam o orçamento. Absurdo, não volto nunca mais.
Despite the service being good and qualified, I felt cheated, as I called to make a castration budget for my puppy and the attendant informed me that to give the budget I would need to see the animal to evaluate and weigh it. I took the dog to make the castration budget and arriving there after examining and informing the budget, they charged me 100.00 for the evaluation, despite having only asked for the castration budget. The budget was more than double that of another clinic, which I can't question, each one has its own price, but why make me go there without telling me that the budget was charged. Absurd, I will never come back.
