Desde o primeiro contato com pedido de orçamento, a vidraçaria já me surpreendeu com a agilidade, depois todo o acompanhamento do pedido e a chegada do material, até a instalação. Foi tudo perfeito. O padrão de atendimento e acabamento dos profissionais que instalam é excelente e o preço é justo. Pra quem vive em Macaé e sabe como é difícil receber um bom atendimento, indico muito a Avenida Temper Box, porque resolvem tudo com muito profissionalismo. Parabéns pelo excelente trabalho de vocês!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa pode e deve melhorar a organização, para que os clientes não fiquem esperando que um serviço, que já havia sido confirmado, seja feito e na semana que o mesmo seria executado, recebe a notícia "infelizmente não poderemos realizar seu serviço por falta de espaço na agenda" (vale ressaltar que eu só fui avisada pq entrei em contato com a vidraçaria, acredito que se não tivesse procurado, ficaria esperando até 2050 - no mínimo).
Muita falta de respeito com os clientes, pois nós perdemos tempo para receber o funcionário que faz o levantamento do orçamento, temos que ficar cobrando para que o orçamento seja enviado e esperamos que no mínimo a empresa tenha o profissionalismo de executar o que foi combinado.
