★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a prestação de serviço deles pela falta de compromisso com o cliente. Encomendei duas prateleiras e no dia da retirada só havia uma..nenhuma explicação plausivel pra isso. Combinamos a retirada da segunda peça para o sabado seguinte.
Na segunda-feira, reforcei via mensagem a retirada da peça para o proximo sabado ao qual me foi confirmado.
Na sexta-feira a tarde que antecedeu a data, pra desencargo confirmei a minha ida no dia seguinte...lembrando que nestas alturas havia me organizado pra isso desmancando outros compromissos.
Para a minha surpresa, a loja diz simplesmente para eu voltar na terça-feira pois a peça nao estava la.
Ou seja, se nao sou EU procurar a loja pra saber se conseguiria fazer a retirada conforme o combinado, novamente eu daria viagem perdida sem previo aviso.
As pessoas se poem a trabalhar com prestaçao de seviço mas tem medo de fazer o simples que é lidar com o cliente, com aquele que paga as contas...bastava me ligar pra minimizar a falta de organizaçao e nao deixar eu gastar gasolina a toa pra buscar uma peça que nem na loja estava.
I do not recommend their service due to the lack of commitment to the customer. I ordered two shelves and on the day of the withdrawal there was only one..no plausible explanation for that. We agreed to remove the second piece for the next Saturday.
On Monday, I reinforced via message the withdrawal of the play for the next Saturday to which it was confirmed to me.
On the Friday afternoon that preceded the date, I decided to confirm my trip the following day for the next day ... remembering that at this time I had organized myself for this by breaking up other commitments.
To my surprise, the store simply says to come back on Tuesday because the piece was not there.
That is, if I am not looking for the store to find out if I would be able to make the withdrawal as agreed, again I would give a lost trip without notice.
People put themselves to work with service provision but are afraid to do the simple thing of dealing with the customer, with the one who pays the bills ... just call me to minimize the lack of organization and not let me spend gas for nothing to get a piece that wasn't even in the store.
