★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe tem 75 anos e estava com problemas nas janelas dos quartos e da sala do apartamento dela. Eu e meu irmão juntamos nossas economias para poder trocar as janelas, por outras de alumínio e, como essa vidraçaria era próxima da minha mãe fomos fazer orçamento lá. Ficou um total de 4000,00 pelas janelas do quarto e da sala. Detalhe que na janela da sala eram somente os batentes de alumínio e o resto de vidro. Sendo assim, aceitamos o orçamento e falamos que pagaríamos 50% de entrada e 50% quando terminasse o serviço. O MARCOS (dono do local) disse que precisaria de mais que 50% para comprar o material. Combinamos então 3000,00 de entrada e 1000,00 ao final. Isso foi em novembro de 2020, hoje, que estou escrevendo está avaliação, é maio/2021. Ele, depois de MUITO CUSTO e de cobranças quase que diárias foi trocar as janelas do quarto somente em abril de 2021. Isso mesmo! 5 meses cobrando. Minha mãe até passou mal de nervoso pois ela que ligava todos os dias. Ele marcava o dia para instalar e não aparecia e não dava satisfação. Fazia a minha mãe de boba. A Janela da sala ainda não foi trocada e nem tem prazo para isso. Não adianta enviar mensagem e nem ligar. O MARCOS é um cara desonesto, sem palavra e por fim, descobri que é também um covarde pois não atende mais as ligações. Fica fugindo das minhas cobranças. Triste o exemplo que esse pai da para seu filho que também trabalha nessa vidraçaria.

He scheduled the day to install and did not show up and did not give satisfaction. I made my mother a fool. The window in the room has not yet been changed and there is no deadline for that. There is no point in sending a message or calling. MARCOS is a dishonest guy, without a word and finally, I discovered that he is also a coward because he doesn't answer the calls anymore. It keeps running away from my charges. The sad example that this father sets for his son who also works in this glass shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 08 02 recebi a visita do Sr Marcos contratamos o serviço o mesmo relata que precisava dos cheques para comprar o material demos 4 cheques para o mesmo e então começou nosso problema o mesmo não cumpriu as datas não aparece já compensou o primeiro cheque de 1.000 e até o momento só instalou 2 estrutura sendo que foi contratado com vidro de 8cm e entregue de 5 conversamos o mesmo ficou de realizar a troca mais nada sempre marca não aparece sempre tem desculpa hoje estarei suspendendo os pagamentos até a entrega do serviço ou comprometimento da empresa pois não me nego a pagar porém não temos mais como aguardar a hora que a empresa acha que deve realizar o serviço

Se você precisa de um serviço de vidraçaria, fuja deste lugar, além de você pagar e implorar para realizarem o serviço, quando vão realizá-lo, pedem ferramentas emprestadas, o Sr Marcos não tem compromisso e cada dia é uma desculpa diferente e nunca finalizam o trabalho. Vieram instalar o corrimão aqui em casa e fizeram tudo correndo. Além de colocarem o vidro torto, não trouxeram o acabamento do corrimão.
