Fiz um pedido de 4 molduras, a moça disse que demoraria 10 dias pra fazer, após 15 dias fui buscar o meu pedido e ainda nao estava pronto, a mesma me disse que estavam terminando ainda e que demoraria mais 30 minutos. Voltei la 2 horas depois e o pedido ainda nao estava pronto. Eles nao tem compromisso e responsabilidade nenhuma, entao se um dia alguém for fazer um pedido la eu recomendo que pense duas vezes ou tenha muita paciência, pq, se vc receber o pedido, vai ser com um super atraso.

I made a request for four frames, the girl said it would take 10 days to do, after 15 days I get my order and was not yet ready, it told me they were still finishing up and it would take another 30 minutes. I returned two hours later and the request was not ready yet. They do not have any commitment and responsibility, so if one day someone is making an application it I recommend you think twice or have a lot of patience, 'cause if u receiving the request, it will be with a super delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são assíduos com as datas e nem horário, não recomendo pra ninguem, no começo me pediram 15 dias pra instalar mas demorou 50 dias.
No dia da instalação, chegaram tarde pra instalar 10 hs, e eu estava com pressa pra ir trabalhar, falei q tinha q sair 14hs, os instaladores trabalharam nem 2 horas, sairam pra almoçar, falaram que iam comer e nem descançar pra voltar pra terminar o serviço, eles ficaram 1 hora e 30 minutos fora, fui obrigado a deixar dois homens desconhecidos dentro de minha casa pra poder ir trabalhar. Fora que as vezes não te respondem os questionamentos no whatsaap, vc fica no "vacuo".
They are not assiduous with the dates and times, I don't recommend it to anyone, at first they asked me for 15 days to install but it took 50 days.
On the day of installation, they arrived late to install at 10 am, and I was in a hurry to go to work, I said I had to leave at 2 pm, the installers didn't work for 2 hours, went out for lunch, said they were going to eat and not even rest to come back to finish the service, they were 1 hour and 30 minutes away, I was forced to let two unknown men inside my house so I could go to work. Other than that sometimes they don't answer questions on whatsaap, you stay in the "vacuum".

Excellent experience, I only gave it 5 stars because there aren't any more, otherwise I would.....great service from Tatiana, very committed and delivered everything as agreed. Definitely recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merecem zero estrelas! Prometem tudo para vender e receber adiantado, depois somem,. O funcionário veio, olhou o serviço, disse que ia buscar a peça e já voltava e sumiu, não cumprem os prazos e não dão retorno.
Deserve zero stars! They promise everything to sell and receive in advance, then disappear. The employee came, looked at the service, said he was going to get the part and then came back and disappeared, they don't meet the deadlines and don't give a return.
