Alegaram que alguém mexeu no local e causou o problema. Mas ninguém o mexeu, no máximo foi para ligar e desligar a luz, ou seja, uso normal. Fiquei no prejuízo, pois não trocaram...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uma compra lá de um espelho numa quinta dia 19 fico de ser entregue ou no dia 21 ou 23 acabou q só entregaram no dia 27. Sobre entrega são ruins. O atendimento é bem atencioso estão de parabéns mas entrega e montagem principalmente pra quem tem pressa é muito ruim. O preço é até às acessível mas realmente entrega são muito ruim msm. Se vc não fica ligando eles não entregam não .
I made a purchase there of a mirror on a thursday 19th I get to be delivered or on the 21st or 23rd they just delivered on the 27th. About delivery are bad. The service is very attentive they are to be congratulated but delivery and assembly especially for those in a hurry is very bad. The price is up to affordable but really delivery are very bad msm. If you do not keep calling they do not deliver.
